"Можно сказать, что в отель попала случайно. В Мон Сен Мишеле не было свободных номеров и номер в этом отеле я заказала прямо на вокзале, когда приехала . И это было лучшее решение остаться в Понторсон. До отеля 7 минут пешком.
От вокзала до Мон Сен Мишель ходит автобус (не шатл, нужно оплатить проезд). Но вам не придётся тащить свой чемодан на острове по неудобным дорогам, вверх. И не придётся ехать на шатле, на который будет огромная очередь. Скорее всего на обратном пути в отель в автобусе кроме вас никого не будет))
Вы будете жить в особняке 16-го века . В просторном уютном номере .
До приезда в этот отель я жила в Париже в отеле 4*, который был в 100 раз хуже, чем этот отель 3*.

お庭は美しく、アメニティも（石鹸類やコーヒー、お茶、ヘアドライヤー、タオルなど）たくさんあります。スタッフも優しく、とても心地よい滞在でした。
残念なことは一つだけ、電波が弱すぎてWi-Fiがつながらないことでした。しかし、無料の電波に繋ぐことができるようスタッフは最大限の努力をしてくれましたし、私はeSIMを持っているので大きな問題ではありませんでした。問題は父です。そもそもなぜ旅行先に仕事を持って来なければならないのか不思議ですし、テザリングなどいくらでもやりようはあるのに、PCが使えず仕事ができないとイライラしていました。なので、滞在する人は仕事を片付けてから来てください。
そうしたら、本当に素敵な経験ができます。生憎時間がなく、素敵なテラスで朝ごはんをいただく優雅な経験はできませんでした。ですが、その経験のためにもまた戻って来たいと思える素敵な宿でした！
街の位置からして容易に旅行に行ける場所ではありませんが、特に日本の人はこの場所が大好きだと思います。日本には絶対にない雰囲気、景色ですから…海外の方がなぜ伝統的な日本家屋に泊まりたがるのかが理解できました。みんなにしってもらいたい気持ちと、ずっと秘密にしておきたい気持ち半々です。
ベッド数も十分で、トイレとシャワールームも分かれています！"

The positive point is that it is warm!!!! lol, given the cold outside, it was wonderful to enter a warm building and a warm bedroom (some hotel bedrooms are so cold when we reach) . Service af reception was good, helpful, nothing fancy… not helping with suitcases.. but that is ok lah. If the structure of the hotel allows it, we would really recommend to have an elevator, for those of us travelling from far with huge suitcases… please think of it. Last…. The outside toilet is not cleaned often enough to my opinion… as the corridor, which was full of soil and leaves….
The bedroom was very warm, spacious, nice, except the mini winnie tiny toilet. Like…. Why building this separate toilet like that, where we can’t move?… that was weird. But all the rest was great, no stress.
Breakfast buffet was nice and the location is also very nice, very light.

JJass PhuaThe location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants.
The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home!
Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good!
I just want to thank all the staffs for the hospitality and wish you guys Merry Christmas!

PPengguna TetamuThe main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one.
Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done.
Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-)
Again very nice mansion and service.

Jju91Hotel très bien situer , les navettes pour le mont saint-michel sont en face de l hotel en 5 minute vous y êtes, personnel très gentil répond à toute vos questions , la chambre etait propre avec tout le nécessaires sauf frigo, nous avons garer la voiture sur le parking de l' hôtel nous avons payer 10 euro pour 24h avec la réservation de la chambre, plein de restaurant et magasin à côté de l'hôtel

SShawnWe booked this hotel because it was in a château and it looked romantic and unique .However there were many details lacking overall. Firstly avoid the restaurant at all costs even though the three course meal was only €29. The food preparation and quality was terrible. Please see attached photos. The salmon I had was overcooked from frozen salmon and the greens were likely frozen greens that were boiled to mush and no longer green. The risotto was just rice coated in some weird cream and had some tasteless pieces of chicken slapped on top. We did not finish the food.
They clearly also need more staff as our receptionist was doubling up as a waitress, and we noticed that there were some waits and gaps in service.
The room was compact and clean, but the details were lacking. For example, the fixtures and appliances were the cheapest variety possible and didn’t match the Luxe feel that the hotel is going for. The location is slightly out of town and a 20 minute walk to all the main sites in the old town.
The grounds were tidy and very pretty in photos.

PPengguna TetamuMy friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

Nice welcome at reception when we checked in earlier than planned. We got touristic advice to go around and they kept our big suitcases. We unfortunately didn’t get parking as they were full.. all reserved (NB: trip.com never discussed that we had to book the parking, this is something Accor and Trip.com should discuss about as this is now our 2nd encounter of this problem…. Coming from Malaysia and renting a car, this is not helping… we had no idea we had to reserve parking)
The bedroom was very nice, pretty balcony but small bathroom… especially given the placement of the toilet…. lol. But never mind. Nice deck of the bedroom and the hotel too… themed on Christian Dior and fashion, we liked that ☺️
Last the breakfast and its location: beautiful. The view of the sea is really good, the furniture is nicely chosen, and the food is good. First time I see a « make your sunny side up eggs yourself » set in a hotel, which was cool.

JJames DobleJust spent a night at the ibis Alençon right in the town centre on Place Auguste Poulet-Malassis. Perfect location — you can walk everywhere: the beautiful basilica is 4 minutes away, shops, restaurants and the Halle au Blé market square are on your doorstep, and the train station is only a 10-minute stroll.
The room was typical ibis: compact but well-designed, with a really comfortable bed that gave me an excellent night’s sleep. Laminate flooring felt cleaner than old carpet, the bathroom was functional with good hot water and powerful shower. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — the night receptionist even went out of her way when we had a minor issue. Breakfast is a highlight: fresh scrambled eggs and sausages cooked to order, decent selection of pastries, fruit and cheese. Good value for the price.
