CollectingPassportStampsVery nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption.
The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress.
The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Абсолютно все - от расположения недалеко от автовокзала до оптимального уровня комфорта, уюта и удобств, просто невероятных завтраков и конечно отличной работы&доброжелательности персонала!
И даже незначительная удаленность от центра Загреба практически незаметна - 20 мин пешей прогулки позволяют лучше познакомиться с городом)6
Все, что содержится положительного в отзывах об этом отеле, реально соответствует действительноси

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

Check in took a long time with only one staff able to perform check in spite of other available staff at the front desks. Phone in room was not functional on the first day so had to go down to front to desk to ask for help who redirected me back to the room again to call another number that also doesn’t work. Super unhelpful. Was expecting more from a Sheraton hotel. Plus points are - good location, indoor heated pool and good sized gym but also poorly maintained and rather dirty.

In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Nina ThailandThe young lady receptionist was quite rude in a way she was trying to say that the luggage room has limited space. She kept saying that repeatedly with hard tonal voice. I think she should be trained how to give a sincere service to all guests, without race discrimination. Otherwise, the rest of staff team are nice and helpful. Room is nice, clean, and modern. There’s a supermarket (Lidle) nearby.

Great hotel, great stuff, the location just cannot be better! Clean, friendly hotel, big and comfirtable rooms, amazing view, nice parking place, nice pool, well maintained gym, many different conference rooms and fantastic environment. I must stress that I am always afraid in such a big hotels that I will wait too long for the hotel elevator. But in the Westin Zagreb, - I didn’t have any problems. As the city is in the very center of the town, everything is so close, and also you can make great shopping. What to say, the best choice to stay in Zagreb!

Thanis T.The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.
