We had such a wonderful family stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the busy city. The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities for children — from the playground to the swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas where kids can freely play. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing family stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and kids. What we loved most was the serene natural environment — it truly felt like a refreshing retreat where we could spend quality time together as a family. We will definitely be coming back!

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

Saya dtg ketika libur lebaran. Saya pilih 2 kamar type queen deluxe dgn 1 kasur ukuran queen. Tp mau diksh area smoking, saya gak mau. Di ganti kamar non smooking dgn 2 kasur single. Tp kasurnya boleh digabungkan. Kamar nya luas, AC dingin ,ada mini kulkas, water Heater berfungsi dgn baik, ada sofa bed nya. Ruang kamar luas. Fasilitas luar kamar ada 3 kolam renang beda ukuran, tmpat gym, archeri, paint ball dgn minimal 20 org, ATV yg pasti berbayar. Ada kursi pijat. Utk sarapan pagi.. Kurang enak dan kurang bervariasi, lontong sayurnya asin. Breakfast di bagi 3 sesi.. Tp sama saja, org di sesi 3 bisa ganti ke sesi 1.Begitu jg sebaliknya. Makanan cepat habis, mgkn krn rame. Tp overall ok lah hotel nya. Petugas front office nya ramah.

Near lots of restaurant, some kids activity join with novotel, additional fee for several kid activity, only have kids pool and medium size, not too large. Breakfast ok, there's movie room for kids, and kids club (different room with movie room), you can have 1 extra bed per room, since the room only 21m².

This hotel suitable for family with kids. Has pool, Zipline, mini zoo with extra charge. The villa is duplex, bed is comfy and come with bolster. Shower is power pump. Free electric charge for electric car.

The location and environment surrounded always brings us back to Novotel Bogor. As the time passed by, now the room looks old yet still comfortable. It’s time to renovate!

I stayed here because i wanted to attend a concert at SICC located next to the hotel. Location wise is perfect, staffs are friendly, ample parking space. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

Harga malam pertama bagus, tetapi ada lubang, jadi saya dengan tulus memberitahu rakan-rakan saya di China bahawa jika harganya tidak buruk semasa membuat tempahan, anda mesti menempah beberapa malam lebih awal, jika tidak, anda akan jatuh ke dalam lubang jika anda tetapkannya dari hari ke hari. Ini akan menjadi kali pertama. Harga untuk satu malam adalah baik. Banyak orang bergegas mendapatkan harga, tetapi harganya meningkat sepuluh kali ganda pada keesokan harinya. Tidak selesa bagi anda untuk menukar ke hotel. Ia sukar dijumpai di kawasan berhampiran. Anda mesti memandu jarak jauh untuk mencarinya. Jangan ubahnya. Harganya adalah keesokan harinya. Ia telah meningkat sepuluh kali ganda, jadi lubang itu cukup besar, harap berhati-hati, saudara-saudaraku

VENTILATION COULD BE SOMETHING NEEDED...SINCE NO AC....SO IT FELF HOT THAT NIGHT 4. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD ... 5. OVERALL ...OK BUT CAN BE IMPROVE ..MAYBE A MODERN OUTLOOK .
