Hotel Bogor Regency dengan Bar

The room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.

We had such a wonderful family stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the busy city. The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities for children — from the playground to the swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas where kids can freely play. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing family stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and kids. What we loved most was the serene natural environment — it truly felt like a refreshing retreat where we could spend quality time together as a family. We will definitely be coming back!

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

This resort is so grand and luxurious. The restaurant foods are delicious. My children have fun here

This hotel suitable for family with kids. Has pool, Zipline, mini zoo with extra charge. The villa is duplex, bed is comfy and come with bolster. Shower is power pump. Free electric charge for electric car.

Staycation bareng istri di De Boekit Villa Hambalang, kami pilih menginap di Honeymoon Suite Villa. Lokasinya memang masuk dari area perkampungan yang cukup padat, tapi begitu masuk ke dalam area resort, suasananya langsung berubah total — asri, hijau, ada taman, sawah, kebun, dan pemandangan Kota Bogor serta Sentul dari ketinggian. Karena kontur tanahnya berbukit-bukit, pihak resort juga sedia shuttle buat antar-jemput dari villa ke resto atau lobby, praktis banget! Pelayanan stafnya bagus, hampir semua ramah dan helpful. Kami coba makan siang di restorannya — pesen pizza dan kopi, lumayan enak. Malamnya order room service nasi goreng Hambalang dan nasi goreng De Boekit. Sarapan paginya model buffet, pilihan cukup oke, rasanya juga enak-enak, cuma refill-nya agak lambat, jadi pas kami datang jam 8.45 beberapa chafing dish udah kosong. Fasilitas cukup baik, ada shuttle, kolam dewasa, kolam anak2, binatang seperti burung. Villanya sendiri luas, sekitar 35m², ada hottub pribadi dengan view kota. AC dingin, Wi-Fi kencang, dan kebersihan overall oke. Disediakan perlengkapan sholat, ada SDB dan mini fridge. Terima kasih juga sudah setup welcome choco dengan ucapan anniversary. Tapi ada beberapa catatan yang semoga bisa diperbaiki biar lebih sesuai sama harga Rp1,8 juta/malam: - Bed linen cukup banyak yang bernoda. - Handuknya wangi tapi permukaan kasar. - Nggak ada cermin full body, cuma di kamar mandi. - Perlu ada meja kecil di depan sofa. - Tirai ada celah sehingga sinar matahari masuk. menyilaukan, bikin kurang nyaman. - TV cuma 5 channel lokal dan sering gangguan sinyal. - Nggak ada tissue di kamar tidur, cuma di kamar mandi. - Hairdryer belum ditempel di dinding, jadi agak ribet. - Shower holder di kmr Pangrango copot dari awal. - Hanya 1 bathmat di kmr mandi, padahal perlu juga di dekat hottub. - Bath amenities tdk sesuai, standar banget, belum seperti suite—perlu ditambah seperti cotton bud, shower cap, bubble bath, dll. - Petunjuk air panas hottub kurang jelas, ternyata kerannya beda posisi, bukan knob merah. Secara keseluruhan tempat ini punya potensi besar. Suasana nyaman, view cakep, dan staff-nya sigap. Tapi buat harga segitu, fasilitas dan detailnya perlu ditingkatkan biar makin layak direkomendasikan 👍

Bilik keluarga bagus, mengantuk, sejuk. Rasa nak balik sana lagi. Servis kurang kerana mungkin hujung minggu lepas raya antara check in dan baru nak tempah di satu tempat dan saya agak kecewa bila check in pukul 2 tapi baru dapat masuk pukul 3. jam. Selebihnya okay dan makanan berbuka pun sedap, banyak pilihan juga.

I stayed here because i wanted to attend a concert at SICC located next to the hotel. Location wise is perfect, staffs are friendly, ample parking space. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

Harga malam pertama bagus, tetapi ada lubang, jadi saya dengan tulus memberitahu rakan-rakan saya di China bahawa jika harganya tidak buruk semasa membuat tempahan, anda mesti menempah beberapa malam lebih awal, jika tidak, anda akan jatuh ke dalam lubang jika anda tetapkannya dari hari ke hari. Ini akan menjadi kali pertama. Harga untuk satu malam adalah baik. Banyak orang bergegas mendapatkan harga, tetapi harganya meningkat sepuluh kali ganda pada keesokan harinya.
