Basement and ground floor dedicated parking available for 15 to 30 cars. However, parking maneuvers can be difficult if the capacity is almost full. The check-in process was confusing, as we need to give a deposit money of IDR 100k and only given 1 access card. Hotel facilities include 2 lifts, restaurant / cafe, billiard table in the cafe area, swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, kids playground, spa, and meeting rooms. Bedroom number 221 is a Premiere type room with private balcony. There are 2 plastic bottles of 500ml drinking waters provided, along with electric kettle and sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar. No mini bar fridge and no laptop safe though. Smart TV is installed. AC is small but cold. 2 hotel sandals are provided, but prohibited to be used outside of the room. Wifi is stable, quite slow but convenient to use because no reconnection is required. Hot water shower is available and quite stable in the bathroom. There is a dedicated placeholder to put our own shampoo / soap. Two towels and standard dental kits were provided. Toilet shower jet is also available to use. However, the shower area floor is not sloped enough, causing water pockets that we need to manually clear using our feet. No soundproof at all in the room, because we can clearly hear some noise from the room next door and the hallway. The bed is comfortable with a clean bed sheet. The breakfast offered variety of food, but the overall taste is standard. The cakes were not appealing and the fried rice texture was hard. Check out process was fast but a bit troublesome at around 11.45 PM, because the receptionist questioned why we only returned 1 access card while she expected 2. In the end, we can get our deposit money back, but we feel there was no communication between staff regarding how many access card should be given.
