PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient for city exploration. However, the stay was overshadowed by several issues. The building is under construction, leading to constant noise and visible construction work, which disrupts the overall experience.
Initially, I was assigned a deluxe room with two separate beds, as per my booking, but upon arrival, I was informed that the room was unavailable due to construction. Instead, I was given a room with a king-size bed. Additionally, the telephone wasn’t working, and the promised electric kettle was not provided.
While the location is a major advantage, the construction, lack of transparency about room conditions on the website, and poor management made the stay less enjoyable. If you only need a place to store your belongings and rest while exploring the city, it’s manageable.

PPengguna TetamuMy experience was a mixed bag. While the hotel room itself was decent and met my basic needs, the washroom left much to be desired. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. However, the condition of the washroom was disappointing. It appeared outdated and poorly maintained. Given the importance of a clean and functional washroom in any accommodation, this was a significant downside for me.
