I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Perfect location to get to our meetings and was a comfortable stay. The room had everything you needed for a good nights rest.

I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

Amazing everything

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.

In certain areas personal shouldn’t be too pushy: - taking/ carrying your personal items (luggage) - cleaning the used plates, cutleries even food is still on it - not waiting to finish your portion of food, and touching your cutleries, plates

The staff seems to be very confused. I booked and paid through trip.com. And when i got there, the staff keeps asking “how i would like to pay, and i keep answering “it’s already paid” and show the booking with documents. They did this for 3 times as i recall. And also asking questions which already appear on my passport such as where is the immigration stamp, where is the visa. And somehow i feel that these lady staff needs to improve on her manners example of saying “please ” when asked something from someone especially in this service sectors, happy face or smile is matters. However, this is what you get from budget hotel.
