Hotel Pula dengan Bar

Petite structure paisible avec du personnel compétent qui a le temps de s'occuper de vous et qui cherche à vous faire plaisir. Absence d'un bar regrettable surtout que toutes les installations de relaxation sont disponibles (véranda couverte, sofas moelleux, petites tables, ..)

L'hotel Capo Blu é fantastico, una struttura immersa nella natura nella quale si può godere di colori, odori e sapori del mediterraneo con vista sul mare. Il nostro soggiorno é stato atipico, tornavamo dal nostro matrimonio ma non lo abbiamo fatto sapere alla struttura. Una volta arrivati in loco abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza speciale, ricca di grandi e piccoli gesti, sorprese fatte con il cuore dai gestori che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero speciali. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Obwohl das Hotel noch recht neu ist, hatten die Fugen im Badezimmer schon Schimmelflecken und der Toilettenpapierhalter war locker. Das Zimmer war schön aber minimalistisch möbliert. Ein Schrank wäre toll. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

The hotel is really nice, the beach is quiet, white sand, clear waters. The staff is really friendly and helpful, in special the bar staff, the entertainment staff and the concierge for being very accommodating. The bad things about the hotel is that everything is extra. You have to pay extra for the beach chairs, towels and I think for a beach resort that is non-sense. I understand giving a deposit for the towel (as many people tend to steal or damage it) but not to pay for a new one every day. The beach chairs, 15 euros per person - not per umbrella+2 chairs as it is generally done. It's very expensive. Another thing is that the breakfast is very poor. I was expecting nice natural squeezed juice but got the boxed ones, the italian bread - that is always very good - were dry and tasteless. A lack of fruits too (except pear and oranges). The coffee is from a machine. Needless to say that the breakfast was a big disappointment. ANother thing is that we are not allowed to use any restaurant so you are designated to one, which is fine but they need to make it more clear in the reception. If you're ready to pay more extras and maybe keep getting a taxi to go around for dinner, this is a great place to stay.

Great location and pool and beach. However we very disappointed about the service, staff not always gentle especially at restaurant. We appreciated the work of the barman.
