Best hotel in Cascais. Everything is on a high level from the staff's politeness to the hotel's design and its location and the views from the room. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful with a very superb location and they even upgraded my room without any cost . However the quality of products in bathrooms was not to the mark and substandard like shampoo , lotuon etc . The range of menu itema in breakfast was also very limited else everything was fine .

This is a historical hotel where the author of James Bond books once lived and where one of the movies was filmed. The rooms are good quality. The spa has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage showers, hammam, sauna. However, they refused to give me more than 1 towel per visit. The breakfast is good quality. You can order a custom-made omelette with various ingredients. The fruit choice included mango and papaya even in winter. The only unpleasant moment was that they tried to downgrade the room category for us (give a lower category room than originally booked, even though it was in low season). I have never experienced that before in my entire life. Fortunately, thanks to an efficient intervention of the trip.com customer support, we managed to get the exact room type that we originally booked, but there was a little bit of a stress, so I advise everyone to double-check directly with the hotel what room category you will be put in BEFORE you arrive.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado, bem arrumado e os quartos são de um tamanho ótimo. O pequeno almoço está bom para o conceito de um boutique hotel. Apenas dou 4 na limpeza, não é porque o quarto não estava limpo, ele estava bem limpo, mas apanhei alguns bicharocos a passearem, como uma lesma e uma aranha com tamanho simpático que era residente no wc. Mas adorei e voltarei 🥂

Hotel is situated at a comfortable location, pretty much giving you access to easy ride and train all within the catchment zone, which is quite convenient. It also boasts of a fantastic sea view, if you book rooms facing the sea side, and is also very quiet. This is my second stay there and I’d recommend it. Breakfast variety is just so so, and I’ve come to experience that adding breakfast is just waste of money. You’re better off either doing walk-in pay for breakfast and it bundling it with the room.

Top notch Hotel with extraordinary views!!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know! In particular the breakfast was beyond phenomal! The staff was incredible and so friendly and customer oriented! BIG thank you to folks in Front Desk and Tiago I believe who manages the morning breakfast spread... I got sick and he recommended a pharmacy close by and I was able to get some very needed medication for my congestion. What an amazing group of folks. We stayed in several hotels throughout our trip and BY FAR, this was the BEST HOTEL!!! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! AND THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH Tiago for your kindness and for the lemon tea which helped me alot. Blessings to you all!

Such a lovely hotel so central in cascais. Its new and done v well, and v clean. The restaurant is stunning. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Made our stay more than pleasant. Rooms are spacious with gorgeous lightings and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend

Завтрак хороший-большой выбор шведский стол. Но сервис отеля не очень порадовал. Одна бутылка воды для 3 взрослых, тапочек и зубного набора нет. На ресепшн не дозвониться и информирование о отеле ленивое: пока не спросишь ничего сами не расскажут.

Room was moldy, hotel stinks really bad, breakfast very poor choices, the only good thing about this hotel is the view. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

This hotel is in a very good location, it is right next to the train station. Also it is only a few minutes walk to the beach, and most attractions are within walking distance. The room is small but comfortable and lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, overall we enjoyed our stay.
