Hotel Belgrade dengan Bar

Don't stay at the family room at level 1. The room no is 001. It looks like a temporary room inside the hall, spacious but no privacy at all. Lift is just outside the door. The bed is just after the door. The means the lift is only about 1m away from your bed. Can you image this is a family room? We stay there for 5 days. Everyday we ask if we can change a room. They always say sorry it is fully booked.

Das Hotel ist super professionell, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich fand, das alles wirklich sehr gut war. Im Hilton kann man definitiv bleiben für einen Trip nach Belgrad. Der Service ist top, die Gastfreundlichkeit auf einem sehr hohem Niveau.

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

It is highly recommended and will be coming back! -Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer loads of questions and they were always available. - The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though - The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items. - Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy

Отель прекрасный , находится на главной улице Белграда, в самом его центре, в 30 шагах от Площади республики, Национального музея, улицы с ресторанами и ярмарок. Здесь замечательные, уютные номера, отличное обслуживание- мы просили распечатать документы, дополнительные средства гигиены,- нам везде пошли навстречу. Особенно хочу отметить завтраки, - разнообразные, свежейшие, и стилистику ресторана, с видом на ул. Князя Михаила. Уезжаю с прекрасными впечатлениями!

The hotel is new, and it is clear that it has only recently reopened after a major renovation and restoration. The rooms are truly beautiful — spacious, stylish, and with a strong sense of freshness and attention to detail. The staff are polite, though not always very quick, which is likely due to the hotel being in its early days of operation and the team still gaining experience. There are also a few minor teething issues typical of a newly opened hotel, but it is obvious these will be refined over time. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would gladly return, especially considering the hotel’s great potential.

Хороший отель, новая мебель, удобная транспортная доступность. Из минусов - два дня были существенные перебои горячей воды (возможно из-за соседней стройки, но не факт). Завтрак на 4--: вроде разнообразный, но вкусного очень немного. Но стандартный набор есть (сыр ветчина, яйца, омлет, соленья, сладкое, местные шпинатные пироги, простые сладкие булочки). Звукоизоляция очень хорошая, в целом все новое и стильное.

The hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

It was a beautiful place, clean and comfortable. Location is great, it’s right across the St. Mark church so you have beautiful view and it’s right beside many stops so public transportation was so easy to navigate. Hotel manager Pece was a great guy, very helpful and we had great conversations with him. Next time I’m in Belgrade I’d definitely stay there again and would 10/10 recommend.

Самый дешёвый номер не соответствует фотографиям, ремонт времён Югославии. В санузле с потолка текла вода. Но в целом в номере чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца чистые, кондиционер работает, холодильник работает. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. Ночью было тихо, высыпался хорошл. Подойдёт для непритязательных гостей.
