We had such a great time here!! The staff were super friendly, especially the restaurant team, they made sure we started and ended every day with a smile, which really made a difference. The lodge was surprisingly comfortable for being in the jungle. Everything was well thought out: clean, secure, and completely leak-proof, even during the heavy rain we had. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Great portions, tasty dishes, and a relaxed vibe, perfect after a day of exploring. We also did one of the tours offered by the lodge, and it was really well organized. They even provided dry bags for guests who didn’t bring one, which was super helpful. Furthermore, the location was amazing. It is a great spot right by the river. Waking up to the sound of flowing water and birds was something special. All in all, a place where you feel welcome, well taken care of, and surrounded by nature. We’ll definitely be back!

Очень понравилось. По расположению не могу судить, на машине километр туда, километр сюда большой роли не играет. Парковка есть. Персонал отзывчивый. Оригинальный дизайн домиков. Чисто, уютно, продуманно. Воды в достатке. Очень большое значение имеет душевая. В предыдущем месте не вызвала желания даже зайти, а тут всё чисто. Был один минус - летучии мыши, то как они пищали довольно продолжительное время на закате. Но как стемнело, стало тихо. А ну ещё не очень удачное расположение кондиционера. Пришлось спать с открытыми дверями, но от живности с улицы на дверях спец сетки. Ужинали и завтракали в ресторане при гостинице. Не особый гурман, предпочитаю домашнюю еду. Особого восторга не было от еды, но всё съедобно и относительно вкусно. Подведу итог: даже не смотря, вроде как на небольшие минусы, если будем ещё в этих краях обязательно ещё остановимся в этом отеле.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Super lieve mensen die daar werken en je overal mee helpen om je verblijf nog leuker te maken! Verschillende excursies geboekt en alles werd tot in detail voor je geregeld. Echt enorm genoten! We wilden nog een nacht bijboeken, omdat de kinderen nog zoveel wilden doen, helaas waren ze volgeboekt. Genoeg redenen om dus weer terug te komen!

Волшебное место! Словно жили в ботсаду :) Вокруг тишина и красота. Домики чистые, уютные. Мы жили в 22 номере, никакие звуки с центральной улицы не долетали. На стойке регистрации работают внимательные, заботливые девушки. Все экскурсии заказали через них, сбоев не было, гиды были великолепные. Девушки всегда желают хорошего путешествия и удачи, а потом радуются вместе с тобой что все прошло успешно. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Местоположение отличное! До входа в парк минут 5-10. Напротив бар-ресторан Bamboo с красивым видом на 2 этаже. Описание отеля совпадает с фото.

Hôtel au sein d’un très bel environnement naturel au bord d’une falaise calcaire avec un lac. On se sentait dans la jungle, c’était appréciable. L’accueil était bien, petit thé butterfly et explications claires. Cependant il s’agit d’un hôtel éloigné de tout face a une route départementale assez loin de la ville, ils proposent un taxi mais trop coûteux. De cette manière, seul le restaurant de l’hôtel est accessible et c’est le gros point noir de cet hôtel : - le service est mauvais : 2 fois, nous avons du aller chercher nous même les cartes des menus - les employés, peu concernés sont tous sur leurs téléphones - le restaurant ferme à 20h ce qui est assez hallucinant, arrivé à 19h50 après un groupe de 20 personnes la deuxième nuit, on nous dit que seuls des plats de riz frits sont disponibles car nous sommes arrivés trop tard… on a pas la même définition de tard, imaginez si on avait fait une excursion de safari nocturne, ou si on arrivait à 21h pour le check in, on aurait donc pas pu manger, c’est problématique. - une fois commandés, les plats n’arrivent pas ensemble, ma copine avait quasiment fini son plat quand j’ai été servi du miens (2 riz et poulets sautés ducoup). En outre, nous n’avons pas trouvés de sèche cheveux et autre chose : chambre mal insonorisée, on etend tout le monde comme s’il était chez nous.

The photo that promotes this hotel on trip.com features a lake and raft houses on the lake. This is not the reality for this hotel, although it does provide tours that visit this lake, and so initial expectations were not met. However if you want my review of the actual hotel, here goes. The family run hotel provides a cool place to stay for physically fit guests and people who do not suffer too badly with vertigo. All the rooms are tree houses, reached by narrow walkways through the subforest at different levels. The rooms vary in size and height to suit everyone, from 4m to 15m up in the trees. Central to the complex is a nice outdoor pool. I loved it, but remember in humid tropical locations infrastructure does not last long, so don't get upset if a table collapsed or a handrail comes adrift, there is a guy who fixes everything. Food available all day, home cooked and reasonably priced. The hotel.is only 2km from the park gates so location, location, location. But definitely no lake!
