I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy elite member for quite some time, and I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. During the second night of our stay, we realized that someone, not us, had blown their nose in the comforter. Upon further inspection, we noticed blood stains all over the comforters and duvet covers. We brought this to the staffs attention and took the comforter and duvet off the bed and put it onto the floor as instructed by the cleaning staff. Shockingly, when we returned that night, the same, dirty comforter, and duvet cover, were placed on the bed. Laughably the cleaning staff had left a calling card, not 6 inches from one of the blood stains. When we brought this to the attention of the Bell staff, we were told that no one was on duty and we would have to make the beds ourselves if we wanted to clean sheets. To make matters worse, they had no extra comforters available, so we had to use the temporary blanket on the bed. While, we did not eat breakfast or have any meals at the hotel, during our five day stay, we did not see any staff manning the in-house Starbucks, during any of the listed open hours. When we brought these points up to the receptionist that appeared to be on duty, she informed us that it was actually past her shift and the night receptionist had not reported for his shift. She informed us that she would notify the manager, and the manager would reach out to us. The manager never reached out. When we got back to the room on our last day, the sheets that were dirty, were still on the floor. even after we informed the staff that the room was in substandard condition, they still did not clean the room. If I could give negative stars, I would, this place is a pit. You can definitely see the management does not care about this property. This is the worst Marriott property I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

A perfect hotel for our Special Olympics weekend. We got two rooms and even though they weren’t adjoining the front desk made sure they were across from each other. The pullout couch was really comfortable. Very clean and quiet. Nice shower. Couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms, and in a great location to walk to restaurants and a quick drive to other eateries and stores. Super close to the USAF Academy. We’d go back.

Found this place on trip.com, and what a pleasant surprise! The building is probably a mix of 60s and 80s constitution but the rooms have been updated a time or two it appears.
The big surprise was the large atrium w excellent in house dining. We had a party of 9 which was no problem for dinner or breakfast the following morning in the large dining areas w/ in the atrium. Both the meals were excellent and the wait staff was a pleasure at both (rare these days). Stop ngly advise for families looking for all in one convenience, room to spread out, and lots of amenities.
Fyi, there’s even a pool and a large central fire place in the atrium, neither of which were we able to take advantage of (this time).

Very clean hotel and spacious/comfortable room that has many great amenities. Full kitchen with everything you need. Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and the Olympic Museum. Also has a nice rooftop bar with great view (make a reservation it was very crowded even on a Monday night). We got four free beers (I think you can also choose wine?) and a small cheese plate during Happy Hour which is a very nice perk. Excellent staff! Our car broke down and we needed to come back after we had already checked out. They gave us access to our room and also were going to give me a discount on the rate if I needed to stay another night (hotel was very full that day and I had a special rate for my stay). I think the front desk employee who helped me was named Tevon? Thank you so much for being so kind and professional to help us during a very stressful situation. Well done and much appreciated!

I don't know. They seemed friendly enough. Lovely room. Hot and cold front desk. Fine at check in but I arrived after check in started. I was there two nights. Maid service didn't show after night one. I made sure the do not disturb sign wasn't on the door. I was gone from 730 until 430 pm. They had 9 hours to clean my room. But no, I got back and nothing had been touched. They had to call someone and housekeeping had left for the day. So I sat on the floor outside my door waiting. Breakfast the second day had week old bagels that were hard as a rock and dried out bread. The front desk the morning I left, which was the overnight shift, was wonderful. Friendly and energetic which I was not! The rooms are a long ways away from the front desk.

So we check in. The “balcony” looked out into the 2nd floor entry doors. No view at all. The bathroom had a dim light circling the mirror and that was the only light. The bathroom had only one towel. We called for an extra and when delivered there were 3 others on a shelf in the closet. The small extra sink outside the bathroom had no light over it. I was told that lots of things were that way (towels in closet ) because it was an “accessible” room. Seriously? We also received breakfast tickets at check in. However we found out we had to make breakfast reservations . And then we got to our dining room in the evening “they were ready to close “ We’d made on line reservations yesterday and apparently today was the first day of new hours which had not been transferred t on line yet. The staff left did seat and serve us and were very nice . There are golf carts that can take you from one building to another for dinner etc because everything is so spread out There was never one readily available. The people who drove us were staff from other departments, not transportation. Where were they? No “ manager was on duty that evening when we requested to speak to one. All in all a stay that gave me a headache. Found out as we were checking out that ownership is in the process of transferring to the Hyatt in a day or two and everything is “changing”. One can only hope so. To be fair, it according to some staff “ It didn’t used to be like this”

Loved the vibe of this place and their mission! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, there are tons of spots for us digital nomads to work (some private rooms as well), a large yoga room and lots of spaces to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a nice stay. The property was well kept and I enjoyed the fresh water in the lobby. The receptionist was very nice and informative upon check in. Our room was a good size and clean. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, I’m used to hotels having some noise especially with our room situated close to the elevator but it was very peaceful. We slept through the complimentary breakfast because the beds were so comfortable! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

This understated hotel was an excellent choice when needed while waiting for vacancy at my work retreat hotel. The shuttle service from airport was a short wait, worth it for the tips on the area from the driver. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities as well. The room was spacious and the bathroom counter was a treat for the female traveler. The bed allowed me the best sleep I have had while on travel in a long time, truly! I recommend this hotel. The basics are delivered spectacularly.

PPengguna TetamuBeware of staying at this Residence Inn, as my experience has been permanently marred. The staff here engages in collective dishonesty, tarnishing the reputation of the entire establishment. I arrived at the extended stay hotel at 3 am on Christmas Eve and had previously called to ensure a smooth check-in process. Management assured me that a late check-in was possible. However, upon arrival, the hotel was deserted, and security informed me that Judy, a staff member, was at the Fairfield Inn across the parking lot due to a system outage. After a confrontation with Judy, during which she charged my card without prior notice, the situation escalated. It's important to note that these charges occurred while I was stranded on top of a mountain in snowy conditions. Despite the system outage, she insisted on a $400 security deposit, citing policy. Resigned and exhausted at 3 am, I agreed to use a different card. After our argument, Judy agreed to let me stay if I walked back to the Fairfield Inn (2725 Geyser Drive) to ask the manager, Matthew, if that was okay. So, reluctantly, I did. After explaining and apologizing the manager gave me a room key for a room at the Fairfield just for the night. He said go get some sleep but the room he gave me wasn't ready. When my fiancé expressed displeasure about the room and Judy, Matthew, decided to escalate the situation by calling 911 and falsely claiming my fiancé alone was refusing to leave. He NEVER mentioned me in his report. The following day, discovering additional charges on my account, I returned to the Residence Inn. The woman working day shift IMMEDIATLY began treating me differently because of the night prior. She plastered on a fake smile and then made excuses for helping out 3 other people even though I was there first! Then, instead of helping she provided false information about holds on my account in order to stall me until the her boss showed up. I endured all of this only to discover that the entire night shift fabricated a report about us being violent and aggressive and refusing to leave. The day shift manager fixed the issue and then I left. This experience was a nightmarish sequence of lies and mistreatment. The evening shift staff, particularly Judy, Matthew, and their small security guard. Should reflect on their actions. This Marriott has proven to be the worst I've ever encountered. Potential guests, especially disabled veterans, should exercise caution and explore alternatives such as the LA Quinta Inn across the street. Beware of deceptive reviews; the staff at this establishment appears to be unified in dishonesty, even towards disabled veterans.

Probably the only reason I did not give the hotel a 5 was because of the $10 nightly charge to park. I am very use to paying for parking but not where there is an empty lot and large parking area.

HHiromiThe front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is filthy inside and out. The photos say it all. Do not believe the photos on their site. This hotel is Jekyll and Hyde. There is no comparison between what they show on their site and what they say about their site and what you will actually experience. Staff is argumentative and unresponsive. I arrived about 9:15 in the evening and it took her 20 minutes to check me in. This is a big complex. I was told how to get to the room but asked for a map. No maps. Going to the elevator was like descending into a black pit. No lighting. Found the room. No towels, no plastic cups; none of the simple amenities you get from the cheapest of independent motels/hotels. Holes in the wall from doorknobs. Baseboard separating from the wall. Lamp by the bedside had no plug on the end of the wire. Bare wire exposed. Overall grungy appearance. Microwave missing the turntable. Asked for another room. Two people now on duty but told that they could not leave the office to show me another room and would not give me a key so I could check out another room myself. Insisted I remove all my things from the room I'd been given before they would even show me another room. Removed my things. By then it was 11pm and she could show me a room. She selected two rooms. The first one smelled so bad she even commented on it but no towels, but it did have a turntable in the microwave. Not the right size but it was there. Went to the next room, the inside door handle came off in her hand when she went to close the door. Had towels but no cups. Given the lateness of the hour and my lack of knowledge of the area, I decided to take it. She gave me plastic cups. Next morning, I wanted to take a shower. Tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and report that I did not have any hot water. Phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone. Called the front desk to report no hot water and was told it was unavailable. No hot water--none, anywhere in the complex. At that point, I decided to leave. Went to the office to turn my key in and check out. The front office person screamed at me to get out of the lobby because only one person could be in the lobby at one time and she was working with someone. I left my key in the receptacle and left. There was a line of people outside the office waiting to conduct their business. One man had been in line for an hour. Checkout for any hotel I've ever stayed in is a matter of leaving the key either in the room or at the lobby. I've been a long time Red Roof Inn Rewards customer and this facility is the worst I've ever experienced by any hotel. The General Manager called me a few days later and was totally unapologetic. I subsequently received an email from him without any acknowledgement of the deplorable conditions I experienced. This facility does not reflect the quality I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn. The only reason I selected this property is because it was identified as
