Menakjubkan
PPengguna TetamuFrom driving in Parking Lot to checking in and checking out, Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were able to park at hotel and walk to Knotts which was very close. We were checked in early and was sent a text when our room was ready. Since we were so close we were able to go back to the room and rest for a little while and returned to the park later that evening and closed the park down. We also went to Soak City the next day and was able to use the parking pass we paid at the hotel to use at the water park. Hotel was clean, elevators were fast. We did not use any of the amenities but will definitely return and have more time to use. The best part it was an excellent value.

GgaryongongStayed for a day and the overall experience was great except that only one lift was working. So we needed to spend some time to get down to the lobby. Otherwise, all good and will stay again!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is right between the source and residential area so there's no self parking. If you park overnight at the source, you might risk being towed. The only option is valet parking for $25 a night, which isn't bad compared to the places in LA we were going to. They give you a ticket with a QR on it and every morning, you just have to scan it 5-10 minutes before going downstairs and that gives them ample of time to pull it up from their garage. The lobby smells weird but the rooms smell just fine. My parents really enjoyed the the king size bed with pool view and our room worked out just fine. I wish we had the time to swim in the pool though. We were just so tired from our itinerary during the day. Every night we returned to our room, the sheets were changed and we got new towels. One day they came at 8am when we were still sleeping in so they were super on top of it. We ran out of conditioner and that was never refilled but I also never told them what I specifically needed. The check out process was super swift. They just end up deducting the valet fee from the deposit, which is $75 a night.

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel with a lot of restaurants nearby. It’s a bit far from LA but the drive is really not bad if you plan your day correctly. It is excellent for Disney land as they offer amazing shuttle services with amazing drivers! Rooms were very good!
Cons:
I didn’t like the Keurig coffee machine it look a bit dirty and I wish they offered complementary coffee. I had pay 3-4$ every morning for coffee. I hope they upgrade the laundry room and add apple pay as carrying 25 cents coins was annoying.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

PPengguna TetamuDisneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

PPengguna TetamuExtremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.
