PPengguna TetamuMy sisters and I spent one night at the Perry lane hotel and had a fabulous time. The room was perfect and the hotel restaurant was excellent! I would highly recommend! The rooftop bar and pool area is a great place to relax any time of the day. They have a man who plays the piano in the library and he is wonderful.

배배주영위치는 아주 나이스함 ( 사바나강변 바로 앞)
주차 최악 ( 투숙해도 무료 주차 안됨.. 발렛 $54 , 주차장건물 셀프 주차해도 $56불 (시간으로 계산하기때문)
*주차 할꺼면 그냥 도로변에 하길 권장.. 호텔주차장은 너무 비쌈
편의시설 좋음.. 수영장 없는게 아쉽...
룸클린 - 대충대충하는듯.. 쓰레기통 주변 정리 안되어 있음 (큰것만 버리는듯..)
어메니티 안채워줌... 어느날은 실&바늘 , 어느날은 헤어캡, 어느날은 아무것도 없음.. 복불복
식사는 여기서 안해봐서 모르겠음

TTeeThis hotel has the most friendliest staff. I love the rooms and the French doors in the King suite. The happy hour, along with wine samples, is a great touch! There's only two things that I would like to change,. Since your hotel is pet friendly, please keep the guest with pets on the first floor where they have better access to outdoor. No pets should be allowed around the dining area, or where food is served. This location is idea for getting to restaurants and shopping.

PPengguna TetamuStaff were exceptional--everyone from front desk staff to the bartender and breakfast staff. All very nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and had what we needed. They don't have a gym on site but have a relationship with a local gym for hotel guests (if that matters to you). We were able to walk into the downtown area and felt safe doing so (about .5 miles from our hotel) but they also offer a shuttle with a very lovely driver who took great care of us! I would recommend this hotel if staying in Savannah.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

PPengguna TetamuThe hallway of the floor smelled very badly. My kids had to cover their noses. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at an Embassy Suites. The dining room was dirty, there was barely any offerings, no yogurt, no bagels, no ice, no coffee, etc. It was a very poor breakfast. The front desk was not very friendly. I asked how to get to downtown Savannah, and they said they had no idea. My room had no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed, so I called the front desk. They made me go down at midnight to pick up the blanket and pillows. Overall, one of the poorest Embassy Suites we have stayed at.
