I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and always accommodating any requests. The resort is spacious, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can relax by the pool afterward, with the bar and restaurant open all day. We also highly recommend the massage service — we had a wonderful experience and an excellent massage with Anh and Gai. Overall, it was a great experience!

I had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around. The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

Location: the resort is about 15 km / 20 mins from Mui Ne beach, which is perfect as it’s away from the crowd, you can enjoy the peace and quiet without over tourism, but still close enough to get to Mui Ne by scooter or taxi. Service: really friendly and helpful staff, on our arrival day we got delivered a homemade cake as gift together with a little cute letter about the story of the “Kitchen gods”. Food: brekky is buffet style and offers quite a bit variety including fresh noodle station, fresh fruits, Vietnamese and western food. The restaurant has the perfect sea view. We also had lunch and dinner there, the menu is not extensive but offers good variety, price is of course a bit higher than other local restaurants that we have been in Vietnam but still not too over priced and totally justified with the sea view and quality. Hotel facilities: they offer free bike rental, free kayak, motorbike rental right from the hotel with minimal cost. The gym is small but nice. There’s also tennis court, squash and 2 swimming pools (including one amazing infinity pool). Rooms: I booked a deluxe garden view room and it came with sea view which I was positively surprised. I booked my parents a deluxe sea view room which is huge. Both came with balcony which is nice to chill. The bathroom is a bit old and worn but clean, I like the interior as it gives the local cultural charm so I don’t mind that some place feel worn. Highlight: the resort garden is huge and so beautiful! Beautiful flowers, lots of coconut trees, we spend so much time just roaming around the gardens. The private beach gives you peace and quiet to truly enjoy without external tourists. For these reasons I would highly recommend this resort!

An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside. It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place. It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated. I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help.

Location of hotel is great, at the center of Muine. The hotel room is cozy but equipment is not new, it''s normal because this hotel is one of first hotels in Mui Ne (maybe 15-20 years ago). Hotel has restaurant, pools and massage/spa inside, but it''s just at the acceptable level. The beach in front of hotel is not so well reserved, 1/2 of it was disappeared due to the sea level. So there's many hotel options in Mui Ne to choose, but you''re too tired to choose one, maybe Saigon Muine is a simple option in term of location and standard services.

This establishment is a themed hotel and a five-star property operated under an international brand, well-suited for families traveling with children. The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the city center. It is more conveniently accessed by domestic guests traveling by private car or via organized tour buses. International visitors are advised to approach their stay with a resort-oriented mindset, focusing primarily on on-site leisure and amenities. Overall, our two-night stay suggested that the hotel falls short of the standards expected of a five-star establishment. The reception staff, along with certain other employees, appeared unprofessional, as though insufficiently trained. Their demeanor and level of professionalism during the check-in process were not commensurate with those expected at a luxury hotel. The lobby is not equipped with air conditioning and relies solely on fans, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment, whereas the elevators are air-conditioned—creating inconsistent temperature conditions throughout the property. The facilities in the children’s club were visibly unclean, which is a matter of concern. The 35-square-meter room is reasonably well-appointed, and the separation of the toilet and shower is a commendable design feature. However, certain details reflect inadequate maintenance; for instance, the shower curtain exhibited signs of mold. The adult swimming pool is of good quality and constitutes a positive aspect of the hotel. In contrast, the children’s pool is rather limited in design, lacking slides or other recreational features. The restaurant offerings are average in terms of variety, presentation, and taste—adequate but unremarkable. This represents a notable drawback, particularly for guests intending to spend most of their time dining within the hotel.

Poorest service ever. Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys. No aircon in elevator And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!! They just “support” to change the towel?!? What the hell is it called “support” here?

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
