Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Barcelona

I never write reviews but felt this hotel needed one to help others trying to decide - overall it’s a bed and clean room but don’t expect amazing service. Lots of simple things missing from this “4 star” hotel. We had a standard room which starts at around 300 euro a night, very expensive and not worth the cost at all. The curtains are 1 thin piece of fabric, in the day you either have them closed with a dark room because there’s no second frosted curtain (where you get the light, and the privacy) if the curtains are open everyone opposite just looks in & was woken every morning at 6am by the light because the are so thin - not ideal In the bathroom there’s no body lotion etc which is a given at any 4 star so I didn’t pack any. Poor quality shower gel which is nailed into the shower , just cheap. Nowhere to put a hand towel or separate shower towels there’s just 1 hook, odd! No iron and a weak hairdryer. Simple things that make a 4 star just aren’t there The main reason for the review : On our second to last day one room card stopped working so we swapped it at reception in the morning - later on we’d been out all day and wanted to sit in the sun for 1.5 hours before meeting friends for dinner - the card stopped working again after getting all the way up to our room carrying heavy bottles of water so we went all the way back down, to be told “you haven’t paid for your room so we’ve locked you out you should have paid at check in”… As if it was our fault… No one asked us too? I gave my card on booking plus we gave another card at check in… They then proceeded to overcharge us for our stay. We ended up wasting over half an hour of that 1.5 just in the reception trying to figure out why they’d overcharged us etc it’s just inconvenient, we’re on holiday you have our cards and we were checking out literally the next morning, why they felt they had to interrupt our stay on the one day it was sunny during our stay I have no idea.

The hotel is just upstairs of Barcelona Sants station, good place to stay and rest after a long ride to Barcelona. Space themed decorations, from the lobby to the room. Room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast buffet was ok, staff were kind and polite. A bit pricey on my booking date, apart of that everything went well, highly recommended.

Check in was very slow. When we check out it was also slow and the personnel was not very nice. Always put us in lowest floors and small rooms, very strange. Won’t recommend it to most people.

I visited as part of a hen party and we stayed for 3 nights. We were spread around the hotel which was not an issue. Rooms were a mix of two bed and three bed. Rooms were good sized with comfortable beds. Location was good and we were able to get to our choice of venues easily by either booking a taxi or flagging one down. We were a bit disappointed that reception staff were unable to help with booking taxis but it was easy enough to do ourselves. One negative was that there was a bag of rubbish in my room when I arrived. It was obviously from the emptying of the bins and the cleaner had forgotten to take it out but it contained food and was on the sofa so not good to be met with. I did not eat in this hotel. There are eating places and shops nearby and vending machines in the foyer for that late night snack. I would stay in this hotel again.

The day before I had stayed at a touristy Hotel and felt restless, but this hotel made me feel at home. Thanks. No curtains in the baths made it easy for the shower to leak, which I used with the understanding that it was designed that way. Could not find a concierge, but not sure if it was staffed with cut off hours. The receptionist stopped trying to understand me when I spoke to her in a foreign language and either brushed me off or hung up on me on the phone a couple of times. He gave us directions to the restaurant, but we found it after much hesitation. The environment looked empty, but there were various stores scattered about a block away. I wish I had a map of the shops/restaurants; I relied on Google Maps, but it didn't seem to fit the actual location, and I was confused. (Not the hotel's fault...). I would like to stay a few nights next time.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Managed to snag a good deal for the junior suite and it was so worth it! Very spacious room with 2 sinks and a bath tub. Hotel staff are super helpful and organised, and did a great job with the room cleaning. Area is along a small street so it’s not too noisy, yet really close to the shopping street!

Stayed here for two nights. I was greeted by the lovely check in staff. I believe there were three each greeted before I was checked-in by one of them I believe her name was ”Alma”. She made sure I knew everything the hotel has on offer like the pool and bar/restaurants. I was offered an upgrade as part of my membership and breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and it was of decent size. I wasn't offered a cooked meal so I am unsure if this is on offer. The room was big and had all the expected amenities. The shower was nice and the shower gel that I used was very nice from a store called rituals. The hotel itself is in a central location nearby many of the places you would want to go to in the city. I just want to say that all the staff made me feel welcome and made my stay brillant. I'm terrible with names but the housekeeping team, security team and the front desk team were all brillant. Thank you for making my first stay in Barcelona memorable.

Recomendable 100x100. Estancia fabulosa y muy bien situado. Atención perfecta, con educación y clase tanto el equipo de dirección, como recepción, como personal de servicio. Estoy seguro que cuando vuelva a Barcelona iré al mismo hotel o de cadena Catalonia, ya que siendo el tercero que voy, siempre estan a la altura, me encanta pagar y que me traten bien.

My husband and I visited Barcelona for 3 days (4 nights) while we were visiting family for 2 weeks in England. The hotel is exactly as described on their website. A 28 room modern, stylish hotel with a great little rooftop bar. At the end of each day we enjoyed the view and well made cocktails. Upon our arrival we were greeted and seated and the front desk with chocolate and a glass of cava. The staff spoke to us in English, which was nice for us. I saved my courage to speak my few words of Catalan and highschool Spanish for outside the hotel. We were taken on a quick tour of the hotel and then to our room which was upgraded to a mini suite with a welcome gift of a chilled bottle of Cava and more chocolate! We had a mini bar and complimentary tea and Nespresso coffee. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub which I used twice after long days of site seeing and walking. Diptyque bath products, hairdryer, hair straightener, magnifying mirror and bathrobes were all provided. Turn down service, slippers, bottles of water and a mini pastry was provided each evening. Two closets with full length mirrors, drawers and a safe kept all of our things nearly contained. The location was perfect for us. Many shops, bars and restaurants. We felt we made the perfect choice. The hotel and staff helped make this trip unforgettable!
