A deception on : Unavailability of a boiler / tea and coffee in the room / cotton buds, and a toilet brush. Otherwise a calm hotel, right next to a big mall ideal for shopping, strolling. Friendly and welcoming front office staff. Thank you.

位置在工業區，有點偏但勝在地鐵火車都方便到達。早餐豐富，房間也大，前台小哥哥很帥。酒店沒有拖鞋牙刷牙膏護髮素，需要你自帶。如果沒有帶也沒事旁邊的購物中心有個家樂福什麼都有，很方便。

房間面積還可以，隔音好，無噪音。服務周到、熱情。酒店還有健身房和SPA，儘管我沒有時間用。要自備拖鞋。洗澡熱水好。早餐非常好👍果汁是即時榨取的鮮橙汁，這個要點贊👍出行還算方便，有公交車到酒店門口，離地鐵站900米。

位於老城區，雙地鐵及火車線，步行至地鐵站需要十至十五分鐘，酒店旁邊就是大型購物中心，很方便。 環保清靜，附近有成熟的老社區，治安較好，可以周圍走走影相，亦有古老建築物和舊式建築小景點， 酒店整體舒適，整潔，有GYM Room 可隨時用，房間設計簡單，可能是歐洲地區慣例，樽裝水只在首日入住時提供 2支，之後不再補充 需自行買水，而房間不設熱水煲，要飲熱水需自行想辦法

房間很大，整潔，旁邊是一個大商場，地理位置不在景區周圍，前台服務人員很好～

房間整潔乾淨，需要熱水壺的話可以跟前台借用；旁邊有個大商場供購物。

早餐比較豐富，服務整體不錯

別人簽了我們房間早餐單還讓我們付錢，噁心

酒店不錯設施交新

Stayed for 8 nights. Basic room with all that was required as we only used the hotel as a base for going to the primavera festival. Rooms need updating but very clean and tidy. Plenty hot water every morning for showers. Good selection at breakfast. Lovely staff on reception, in the breakfast room and cleaning services. Only downfall was it is quite a distance away from both the main area of Barcelona and Parc Fòrum. Transport links are great during the day but between 2am and 5am not so good (time the festival Ended each night). Would stay again if only visiting Barcelona for sight seeing but not for going to the festival.

In would like to strongly recommend “Catalonia Hotel & resorts property” in Barcelona, Spain. Not only the location is very strategic: close to the Westfield Maquinista Mall outlet, Metro Red line & bus. The Front desk & Housekeeping departments are very welcoming, super accommodating, attentive, upbeat & all have customer care training. Mario, Sergui, Jordi, Linda & Khadija were excellent & very friendly when it comes to directions, recommendations & options I apologize for those I missed the names as the property has really standards,Teamwork concepts & extra customer care approach. Having come from the Hospitality field before, I can see that they are all highly trained in taking initiatives to make their guests happy & accommodate their stay. The facility has a restaurant, bar, pool, fitness center, elevator, a Spa & fully a staffed desk. The room cleanliness, design & lighting were impeccable.

The room is beautiful and clean but despite being a 4 star hotel, expect only the basic amenities (walk with your own electric kettle, mug, bed slippers...). Racial profiling at the spa, and being denied access to visit, was very disappointing. Especially when, the following day, I hear them tell a White client he could visit the spa before paying. I spoke to the manager about my experience and was told it was a misunderstanding, she thought I asked for a massage in my room; which was obviously a load of crap. So their solution was to tell me I could now visit the facility I was denied access to previously. I politely decline and took spent my money at another spa despite booking at that hotel specifically for that purpose. The soundproof isn't that good. I woke up multiple times thinking someone was trying to open my door, anytime a guest were opening their door or knocking. Overall, the hotel is okay... Hopefully the elevator works when you visit, and you don't have to walk all the way up or down from the 4th floor... Thankfully, I was checking out that day. Otherwise, the staff in the cafeteria and the cleaning ladies are really friendly! Some front desk staff also, which made up for that disgraceful welcome at the spa and Management's poor ability to solve the issue I experienced.
