5 star all the way from check in to room appearance to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Excellent city location too.

Good location, close enough to the sagrada familia. Quiet at night. However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best. Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward. Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

It is very nice location. Definitely book again.

The location is very convenient, it takes 15 minutes to half an hour to walk to the attractions. The hotel rooms are large and the service is very good.

The location of the hotel is simply amazing. The main attractions of the city are 5 to 30 minutes walk away. Breakfasts are very tasty, fresh croissants. It is nice that the reception will always prompt and help. I will gladly return to this hotel again!

The One in Barcelona is a classic hotel. The service staff is very professional but also businesslike. The location is quiet and excellent, very close to Casa Pablo. The pizza shop, tavern, chocolate shop and local Spanish baked dumplings shop next to it are all very good. The hotel breakfast is simple, not a buffet, similar to a set meal, with a single variety, it is better to go out and eat by yourself.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló, and close to shopping on Gracia Avenue. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Although the room is not big, it is very comfortable. The only drawback is that I personally think the pillow is too soft. In addition, the faucet of the sink is a bit close, and the water will easily splash out if it is turned on a little. Breakfast is a la carte and tastes very good.

This is my second time staying at GL Hotel One. I originally booked somewhere else, but after comparison, I came back to GL One. It is indeed better and more comfortable. I will choose GL One again when I come to Barcelona in the future.

I stayed in this hotel in 2019 and had a good impression, so I booked it again this time. The location is definitely good, and it is convenient to go anywhere. The suite is 40 square meters, and the sofa bed creaks. My friend didn't dare to move when she slept for fear of disturbing me. This can be tolerated. Give at least 10 euros in tips every day, at least clean up more carefully. The paper towels were not replenished when they were gone, and the water was also given to you according to their mood. I left a note that day asking them to change the sheets Quilt cover. I had two pajamas on the bed, but the cleaning lady took them away. When I left, she brought back one, but I didn't want it. I must have felt uncomfortable sharing it with so many other people's sheets and quilt covers. After I checked out, she told me that the other one could be given to me in the afternoon, and asked me to leave an address and have it sent to me. At least she had that attitude, and didn't completely ignore me, hahaha. So, I feel it's moderate. After all, you can't expect them to be as hardworking and excellent as us Chinese. I will still consider staying there next time. After all, other hotels may not be as good as theirs.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Casa Mila, Casa Batlló and Plaza Catalunya. The room is large. We stayed for three days and the hotel gave us a bottle of red wine when we checked in. There are restaurants and bakeries nearby. The hotel lobby is not very big, and there is a restaurant on the first floor.
