Great experience. Subway real near. Taxi to cruise port also flag down from doorportstep. Feel real safe. I learn my lesson that i don't have to stay in town as I had made a mistake my 1st time in Barcelona. Protest downstairs I didn't even dare to go down for dinner.

Perfect hotel. clean. in good location that you feel safe and next to metro l5 hopital. great staff. very welcoming. the only minus is that breakfast only at room and charges extra and that the rooms are a litttle old. yet quality ones. i recommmend it. i would go again.

Excellent service and good location, very convenient to various areas. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, especially the shower is not very good. But overall it is acceptable considering the price

낡은 호텔이고 위치도 애매해요. 직원들은 친절하지만 다시 가고싶지는 않네요. 여러 사람들이 리뷰를 남겼듯이 주변에 저렴한 맛집이 여럿 있는 것 빼고는 장점이 없어요.

Property is in desperate need of renovation it’s old and reminds me of hotels in the 80s in Spain. On arrival I was told coffee is available in lobby so the next morning down I come as there’s NO Tea and coffe in apartment which I find bizarre for a so called 4* rated, only to find no capsules for the machine when I enquired was informed €1 for a capsule. I have stayed in many 4* properties and this is not.

We arrived at the accommodation and was told come back at 4, we returned 315 to be told a “colleague” had said that I (head of booking) had telephoned at 11pm the night before and postponed our stay to the following night. 1. If I had I would not have turned up the day before! Complete stress, put in different apartments for the night (which were lovely) but having take luggage back and forth another 15/20minutes up the road, being late for a booking, no where to change or freshen up in time it had completely ruined the experience and made my friends hen party stressful. We was also over charged city tax and after contacting them and through *********** after agreeing to pay the over charge back have stopped replying to all emails! Disappointed completely the accommodation it’s self was fine and if not for the chaos would have been a pleasant stay!

Hardest bed we ever slept on. They wouldn’t give us extra pillows or blankets.

The apartment was a good size for the two of us but would be cramped if another person was using the sofa bed. Exceptionally clean and serviced each day. All staff were friendly especially Jasmine the receptionist. Our apartment was at the back so a bit dark but cool. The pool was more of a plunge pool but great to cool off on the roof terrace. Very central, metro few yards up from the apartment, great cafes and an Aldi just up the road. We walked to all the major sights as directed by Jasmin who provided a street map and circled all the main attractions. Great service, really helpful and welcoming staff team. The only downside was the roof terrace didn’t open till 10.30, would have been nice to go up early morning for a dip in the pool to start the day

We spent 21 days with family since 17June2022. Excellent facilities, spotless, great location and superb staff. If you're looking for a home away from home, look no further, you will be amazed with Acacia Suite. They really are willing and pleased to go many extra miles for their guests.

Very good experience. Modern, very clean, spacious, confortable bed , quiet (asked for bedroom on rear), very courteous staff, daily cleaning, well located in Eixample district, close to various spots thru "clinic" mrt station

An ideal hotel for a family. Very friendly, cooperative staff, who were understanding of our needs. Very good location.

El suite limpio, cómodo y bien aislado (apenas estaba consciente de los ruidos de la calle). El personal estaba siempre muy atento. El servicio de desayuno en la habitación fue siempre puntual. Pasé tres días muy agradables ¡No pido más! ¡Gracias!
