The lady on the reception was so rude. She tried to cancel my booking and if I didn’t spoke up she would. Beside this location is great but I can’t say it was clean. Its near the station I added

I book this hostel with trip.com for 3 night and when I arrive there they not allowed to check in and not refund my money. Not allowed to check in they are tell me this room for girl and this is mistake and it was very bad experience not help me crew of hostel and very bad customer service and very bad behaviour….

No air conditioning as promised and I would say 4/10 for cleanliness. No amenities provided. Staff is not helpful.

It was good but just when I went there the AC air conditioning wasn't working... 40 degrees inside the room.
