Fantastic customer service, beautiful rooms. Would recommend 100% for a unique experience in the heart of Barcelona. Small areas for improvement: massage room was a tad cold and shower had a bit of lime.

Gorgeous hotel - beaitful amenities and very luxurious. Definitely a 5 star hotel and you feel once you enter through the main doors. Excellent location, central the best that Barcelona has to offer, many beautiful side streets and restaurants with good food nearby. A fabulous way to experience Barcelona.

A good stay

We stayed here on our honeymoon. When I emailed them in advance, they said that complimentary wine would be included, but when we arrived there was nothing, which was disappointing. The location on Passeig de Gràcia was great, but it was at the top of Passeig de Gràcia so you had to walk a bit, which was fine. The cleanliness was good. The shower had a bit of a leak due to a poor connection, and the hair dryer was a bit weak, which was a bit of a disappointment. Nevertheless, overall we were satisfied. The rooftop was also comfortable and nice.

This was a very satisfying hotel I stayed in Barcelona. The decor and design were remarkably Gaudí-inspired. Every detail exuded sophistication. The room wasn't very large, but the bed was enormous. The breakfast was quite fresh. It's located very close to Avenida da Grazie and a 10-minute walk to La Pedrera.

The breakfast is rich in variety and the ingredients are fresh. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. An old gentleman is responsible for delivering our luggage to the room and slowly introducing the functions of the room. His speech and behavior are elegant and very European.

The hotel has a European style. The room is big enough for two people and can accommodate two 27-inch suitcases. The room is clean and the service is good. The bedding is comfortable and you can see the Sagrada Familia from the window. Free bottled water, coffee capsules, tea bags are replenished every day, and the room is clean and has a rich breakfast. There is a bar and a gym on the top floor of the 6th floor, but the swimming pool is like a fish pond and too small. The hotel is in a good location. Mira was nearby before and I would recommend it to my friends.

A family of three stayed for three days, and the cost for three days was nearly 10,000 yuan. The good thing is that the location is convenient, and the security guard at the door is warm and good! The bad thing is that the hotel has poor sanitary conditions, dust on the furniture, large stains on the fabric bedside and sofa, old supplies, including kettles and coffee machines that are too dirty to use, bugs in the bathtub on the first day of stay, and moldy vases without flowers placed in the bathroom until a flower was inserted on the last day. The room is particularly cold, the air conditioning heating effect is average, and the bathroom is like an ice cellar, except that it is slightly warmer in the morning when there is sunshine. Dad took a bath once in three days, and my child and I didn't dare to take a bath. It was too cold! It's easy to catch a cold! The balcony door was not locked. One day it was windy in the middle of the night, and the balcony door was blown open by the strong wind for a long time until I was woken up by the cold! Because our room is a suite, it was not discovered in time! As a result, the whole family woke up in the middle of the night. I think Ctrip's rating for this hotel is too high! A cautious choice when taking children out!

A building designed by Gaudí and converted into a hotel. Great feeling. There are also chairs designed by Gaudí in the lobby. It was unusually quiet at night. Breakfast was very tasty and varied.
