I stayed for two nights in a first-floor room. When I took a shower in the morning, the water was visibly dirty. I asked the front desk, and they just pointed me to an external cleaning company, as if it were a common issue. If that's the case, they should have told me when I checked in! Luckily, the water was clean in the evening. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Avoid this place if you can. If you absolutely have to stay here, make sure to ask if your room might have this problem.

We are senior couple; we had traveled from Dubai, Turkey , Greek , Venice, Florence and Rome from Mar 24 to now; the hotel of Barcelona is the most worse and most expensive hotel we stayed compared the above countries; their price ( it is 3 stars only was higher than 4 stars ) ; I can not figure out we stayed 4 nights ( one night by Agoda, 3 nights by trip com) ; we paid average Eur 244 and city tax Eur 15.4 , one night we paid Eur 259.4 in Barcelona ( 3 stars), and do not respect their customer at least. 1, we requested a better room in advice, but they provided the simple room to us. And said will feedback with us ( no any action after 4 nights) 2, I got the reception phone call in the midnight in the first night ( asked me stay the original room or replace room ?); is it so urgent in the midnight ? 3, our room was lock in the second day after we went back to hotel ( we did not pay the 2 day city tax); we paid the first day only, and we already paid hotel fee by agora and trip com. 4, we check out on Apr 24, the reception asked to show up the voucher of trip com in the last moment ( we already showed it up in the first day) 5, the reception just kept one person only and 2 people for 24 hours ; the hotel do not provide the enough training to their reception . our room was locked when we went to hotel in the second

It was a great stay friendly clean and pleasant stay .very good location

It was tiny a bit expensive hotel with everything needed inside and good internet! Only issue was kids or adults slamming doors in the middle of the night and rooms are so tiny…

It was really subpar and felt unsafe. There was no one to even look after our luggage when we stored it.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Clean and tidy, with warm and friendly service, but the room price is a bit on the high side.

Very good location metro and bus stops near the hotel  Few attractions so close like waking distance 😘

We recently stayed at Hotel Glòries and overall had a very positive experience. Everything went smoothly – check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast: a good selection of dishes, all fresh and tasty, with plenty to choose from. It was a really nice bonus to our stay. A minor detail was that we were on the ground floor, and our window overlooked an internal courtyard. However, this didn't detract from our overall positive impression of the stay. Overall, I believe the price, quality, and service level are perfectly aligned. I'm happy to recommend this hotel!

This hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything worked well. The location was very convenient, about a 10min walk to the Sagrada Família and around 30min on foot to Plaça de Catalunya, where the Aerobus stop is also located. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.

We stayed here for a family trip. It's close to Sagrada Familia and conveniently located with easy access to other attractions via subway and bus. We were very satisfied with the service; they kindly stored our luggage after check-out and even called a taxi for us. The amenities were exactly as described. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, pajamas, and similar items.

It was ok but for the price it’s not ok hahahai think so

1) Shabby rooms. You would not stay there for more than 30 hours. Only for sleeping. Ventilation (air conditioning) can hardly be tuned. 2) Very nice breakfest 3) Close to Sagrada de Familia, 10-15 min walk; Beaches - 30 minutes walk. From airport - take A1/A2 and then a subway, quite convenient.
