Staffs need to be more trained, some even doesn’t understand English well and don’t know how to operate room to room calling.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and its location is excellent. It's close to the train station and not far from attractions like Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila, making it very convenient for getting around.

The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Casa Milà is just a minute's walk away, and many attractions are within walking distance. We flew to Barcelona from our home country that day, arriving at the hotel around 11:00 AM. We originally planned to just drop off our luggage and wait for the official check-in time. However, the hotel graciously allowed us to check in early, which was absolutely fantastic! Despite my limited English, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patiently assisting me and explaining the check-in process. The room was very clean and quite spacious. It's a shame I didn't take any photos of it. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Highly recommended!

It is very close to the Casa Mila with excellent location. You can refill your water bottle on each floor.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Casa Milà. It's incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The main drawback is that, likely due to its prime location, the hotel itself isn't very large and offers limited amenities. Also, a tip: avoid booking the cheapest rooms, as they lack windows and can feel quite claustrophobic.

Elvator too small to put laugauges, some desk customers's service could not understand English and DO NOT know well about Hotel operation such as how to call from room to room and give the wrong information.

Good location. The check in experience was great. We arrived in the morning and store the luggage at the hotel. At around 1:00, I received an email from the hotel informing me that the room was available. When we arrived the hotel, we were told that the luggage was already in our room. The room is clean and everything was good.

Great location, it’s exactly on the Passeig of Gràcia , next to the Casa Mila, walking distance to majority of the major attractions. Most ideal for shopping and lots of restaurants. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Hotel location is convenient. The drinking water provided at the floor corridor is a nice touch, I wish all hotels will have this provided!
