Nice hotel, our room was ready early which nice after a long overnight flight. Good location for access to the metro

We needed a hotel near Barcelona airport as my mum was flying to Australia and I was escorting her before returning home. This hotel looked good on booking.com and had free shuttle bus which was why I chose. It was renovated last year so is like a brand new hotel. Rooms were really nice only criticism were the pillows I found too deep. But bed was really comfy. Had gin and tonic in the bar on evening of arrival it was very good. All the staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. You can walk to the local residential area in 5 minutes were there are lots of local Spanish bars and restaurants. We had menu of the day at one it was delicious and only €15 per person. The is good small gym and lovely roof sun terrace. We didn't check out the pool. Would definitely recommend if you have up to 24 hours in transit.

WILL COME BACK AGAIN FOR SURE! I chose this hotel becos it looked so nice in the photos and it didnt disappoint us at all! The design was gorgeous and was very luxurious, classic yet modern at the same time. Pros: - Front desk staff was very kind and helpful with good English. - Our room was spacious with everything we needed. You dont have to worry about shower gel, shampoo, AND conditioner. Shower/ water pressure was super strong thank god. - Windows were openable and we were facing the main street. Zara, Bershka.. everything is there, also a supermarket (called Aldo? closes at 2100) right next to the hotel. - Breakfast was not included in our package but we accidentally entered and tried and the food was good! Worth to try if you have no plan on what to eat in the morning. - Free coffee on the 1/F for all guests and a very spacious common area there Cons: - Our room was a connection room so the sound proofing was weak, I couldn’t even turn on music when showering cos I felt like I would be complained for sure. - One thing to highlight is the hair dryer - it was the WORST no joke. I understand it has to fit with the hotel design in metal elements but this hair dryer is heavy like a rock. Every time I had to struggle to use it cos it’s like training my arm muscles lol - Not sure why they gave us two single beds putting together but they moved easily so we slept separately all the time lol and the bed itself was too soft? so we felt like earthquake and a bit seasick lol when we turned our bodies.

幾位前台服務質量不一，有好有壞。酒店提供一次性拖鞋。幾日的早餐品種單一。酒店位置不錯，無論是去機場還是去其他地方。浴室門衹有一半，我不知道為什麼會有這樣的設計。熱水壺是沒用的，電視機是我自己修理好的。清潔人員每天打掃的很乾凈，相當滿意。最滿意的就是床，相當舒服！

The hotel is quite clean and convenient, there are elevators too. And we like the receptionists the most. They have a smiley face every-time when we passed by, and are keen to solve our enquiries or problems. The only thing is the blankets are dusty so they makes me and my friend have nose and skin allergies (but only a bit). Overall, we like this hotel very much.

Great location , the male staff where polite . Female front desk was rude . Swimming pool is small but nice cosy area . I would stay again but not a long trip .

Just landed back from a fabulous first time visit to Barcelona with a 3 night stay at Hotel Suizo - which was perfect for us. It is centrally located for all the major attractions, most in walking distance or handy to have the Metro directly outside or it’s a short walk to the Plaça Catalunya for the official Barcelona Tour Buses where all routes begin which is a really good way to see the city, we bought tour tickets from hotel reception which are the same price everywhere as run by the Spanish Tourist Board - 30€ one day, 40€ two days. Our room was super clean and comfy, a little small but fine for 3 sleeps, balcony opened over the street which is bustling day and night so don’t forget you are in a fabulous city which I don’t think goes to sleep outside anytime! Breakfast was superb and a much higher quality than I would expect for a 3* hotel, choice of fruits, meats, pastries, frittata, good scrambled eggs and usual hot bacon/sausages etc, am sure there was lots more I haven’t mentioned. Staff all very courteous and helpful, on arrival at 11am our room wasn’t ready, but they did check for us instead of just saying no, so we left our luggage with the concierge and enjoyed the day. On departure we requested a taxi to the airport from reception which they gladly arranged for us and arrived with in 10mins for a 7.30am pickup. Overall our stay in Barcelona was excellent and we will return as a lot more to see as we fell in love with the fabulous sights, buildings & culture, great bars, restaurants and general happy vibe of the city - we would definitely recommend Hotel Suizo as a great place for a short city break - we didn’t look for fault and doubt we could have found one anyway!

From the moment we stepped inside this hotel we knew we had chosen the right hotel for us. The manager and girl on reception where friendly and efficient. The hotel is beautiful and although the room was small and had no view, it had everything you could require with the most comfortable bed. The shower had great pressure and although there is no kettle in the room, there is a coffee Dock on 6th floor with a fabulous roof top sun area. All staff where excellent, be aware taxis cost around €50 from the airport. Breakfast was not included but honestly there is an amazing restaurant that is2 doors down, opens at 7.30 am and is well priced and tasty. After our experience I would now have Ona hotels as my go to hotel in any area they are in.

Pros: Perfect location in central barcelona Relatively safe Staff were friendly Lobby is spacious and cozy Cons: No appliances in the room You get charged for tea and coffee (except in breakfast) Breakfast was not good with limited variety Didn’t spend much time in the hotel but its more of a budget hotel with limited services however i would still recommend it because of its perfect location where it is centralised around alot of Barcelona attractions

Position of hotel quite good, near to different restaurants and bars. The terrace with swimming pool it’s nice for summer. The room was not smelling good and the view of the room was towards the swimming pool, so we could not open the curtains otherwise other people could see us
