Terrible check-in experience, CHARGING ME 16 Euros for arriving at 9pm…. A room in a BASEMENT, trains ran behind it every 20 minutes, loud and vibrations you would not expect in . Gaudy and tacky decor. Rude manager, uses the swimming area to entertain his friends and family night after night. It is also far from Bari centre . Do yourself a favour, you can do much better than Maison Rinaldi.

The worst hotel/hostel in my life !!! If you are planning to visit Maison Rinaldi  I strongly advise you NOT to do it !!! I went there in August 2021 with my friends, 3 couples and the first issue was the rooms, we have booked 3 double rooms on *********** and we got one room for three, one double room and one single. That was a nigh**are! Rooms located in the basement without window, sun, or fresh air, with a train noise next to building sounds like drive trough your head. Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable that I could not sleep for the whole stay. We were happy to have at least a swimming pool in the place, but that was also forbidden ! No swimming after 6pm and literally every time we were willing to take a swim we heard that we need to have a special swimming cap otherwise we can not use the pool. Imagine swimming with a plastic cap when it is 38 degrees outside ! Insane. Water was also dirty and sticky, probably unfiltered from years. The Manager of the hotel is all the time there, sleeping in the lobby or on the bench, looking every step you take. You feel like an intruder in this hotel. They care only about money, giving you nothing in return. I am strongly disappointed with the terrible condition of the place, where everything is old and rusty.  What is worse while everything is not allowed to be used for guests, Manager is organizes his own parties for family and friends throughout the hotel. All is allowed for his family, swimming at night WITHOUT swimming cap, noise and drinking till late hours, even loud fireworks at night ! This hypocrisy needs to be changed. For this price you can get much better places in Bari with nice and friendly service. If you do not wanna throw money down the drain and come back home with disgust and bad memories, better do not go to Maison Rinaldi hotel. 

Le condizioni della camera : muffa nera nelle fughe della doccia, chiazze di muffa sui muri, asciugamani macchiati di ruggine, copriletto strappato, abat-jour entrambe non funzionanti e scalinata d’accesso completamente al buio. Euro 550 per 3 camere, esclusa tassa di soggiorno di 2 euro a persona, oltre 61 euro A POSTO LETTO.

Tout le reste était catastrophique et pas à l'image de ce qui nous avait été présenté. La chambre était placée dans une sorte d'ancienne cave avec une fenêtre en hauteur et minuscule, la pièce sentait le renfermé, odeur insupportable et nauseabonde, la literie ainsi que les serviettes étaient de très mauvaise qualité, douche quasi non fonctionnelle, pièce de séjour extérieure en mauvais état, le petit déjeuner honteux voire ridicule (même le café était mauvais, pas de pain mais des biscottes en sachet et gateaux vieux de plusieurs jours), la piscine ne donne pas envie d'y mettre un orteil, et le pire dans tout cela est les frais surprises supplémentaires qui nous ont été demandés sur place (7,5€/personne/nuit de ménage, une taxe de séjour dont nous n'avions jamais entendu parler, et des frais croissants à partir d'une arrivée sur place à 18h: total de +100€). L'hotel est à l'ecart de la ville et proche de la voie ferrée, nuisances sonores atroces. Je ne comprends pas qu'il y ait de bons commentaires c'est probablement le pire hôtel que nous avons testé toutes destinations confondues. Honnêtement : épargnez vous ce supplice et tracez votre route.

Prezzo ingiustificato per una struttura che non merita. Oltre a spese aggiuntive che non trovo giustificate visto il prezzo richiesto del pernotto+ colazione. Quest'ultima al minimo sindacabile. Ho trovato di scadente la qualità del sevizio (lenzuola in sintetico; asciugamani lavati sì, ma macchiati; e devono sicuramente lavorare sull'attenzione al cliente.

Siamo stati in questo b&b per un breve soggiorno a Bari. L'iimobile è stato ristrutturato un paio di anni fa e si vede. Ci siamo trovati bene soprattutto con il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione direi di buon livello. La camera doppia é veramente piccola, il bagno molto stretto. Come arredamento non mi é dispiaciuto nonostante il mobilio non sia di alto livello, ma a me sta bene anche cosi. Non c'é un frigorifero e neanche una cassaforte e percio mi sonno portato sempre appresso tutto il malloppo. Abbiamo mangiato appena arrivati e sinceramente tre lasagne di circa 10cm x 10cm riscaldate al microonde a 36 Euro mi sembra veramente eccessivo. Quello che stona , ma non c'entra nulla il b&b , la posizione praticamente in mezzo al nulla e sulla via delle donnine. Non ci sono cartelli e quindi se ,come me non avete il navigatore , non lo trovate. Quindi navigatore obbligatorio. Una cosa che mi ha disturbato è che su Booking la struttura risulta essere a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Peccato che spiaggia non esiste. Ci sono per centinaia di metri da entrambe direzioni solo scogli. La città è raggiungibile in auto in circa 10 minutti .

Keine der Beschreibungen von Las**inute stimmte mir dem Hotel überein. Es gab keinen Pool, das Hotel wurde renoviert. Der Besitzer sicherte mir zu, dass ich nach einer Stornierung das Geld zurück bekäme. Das war nicht der Fall. Obwohl ich keine Nacht dort geschlafen habe, habe ich mein gesamtes Geld und zusätzliche 90,00 € (vereinbartes Storno) nicht zurückbekommen. Las**inute.com weigert sich die Reklamation entgegen zu nehmen. NIEMALS BUCHEN!!!!!

Rinaldi is een heel lieve man, maar het is gewoon te veel werk om dit Maison te runnen. Vooral het "hygiënisch" supplement dat je moet bijbetalen, terwijl de lakens vol haren liggen , de wc bril los hangt en de alcoholgel op is, frustreert in de portemonnee. Het ontbijt heeft geen verse producten, behalve maximaal 1 croissant per persoon. Toegegeven: het zwembad is aangenaam van temperatuur en zijn poolbar is heel gezellig. Maar met vriendelijkheid en gezelligheid kom je er niet alleen. Hygiëne mag een prijs hebben, maar dan moet het ook tip top zijn....
