Hotel berhampiran Bari Port, Bari

Our stay at Il Leon d'Oro was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was great, the location is perfect, right in the heart of Bari, making it easy to explore the old town, restaurants, shops. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with recommendations and any questions we had. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Everything was well organized, and we felt at home throughout our stay. We highly recommend Il Leon d'Oro to anyone visiting.

Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights.  Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.   The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out.  Very easy private parking for only €10 per day.  The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari.  The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town.  Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer,  Free coffee in Italy!!!  Never heard of it!!  The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

Les chambres sont très modernes et très propres, le petit déjeuner est bon, l’hôtel est bien situé à côté d’une plage de plus il y’a plein de bus qui mènent vers la ville. La navette de l’hôtel vers la vieille ville est gratuite, c’est top. On as beaucoup aimer la piscine, les frites de patate douce ainsi que les mijotos à déguster au bord de celle ci. Le personnel est parfait , et mention spéciale pour Vito , le pool boy extrêmement gentil et très serviable

We had high expectations for the stay and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! When we entered the room (house) we were immediate impressed by the well designed and styled (in Matera sassi style) and furnished room that has THREE showers btw. We were also simultaneously greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful host — Juicy, who also recommended us some great restaurants and a good supermarket nearby. Definitely recommend all to stay here!

Отель отличный! Новый, сверкающий, чистейший! Номер очень просторный! Кровать удобнейшая, бельё белоснежное, качественное. Завтрак хороший, на 7/10. Хотелось бы ещё свежих овощей, зелени. Из минусов, отель расположен далековато от ж/д вокзала и старого города. Автобус ходит, но интервалы бывают по 30 минут.

It is a room on the 3rd floor in the flat with 6 rooms and two shared bathrooms. I missed informatiin about shared bathrooms and please pay attention on it. I occupied room number 3 .It was not big, but clean and convenient. It consists of air conditioner, which works very good, tv, small fridge and shellfs for clothes, table, kettle and small coffee machines with few tea bags and coffee capsuled. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Window were opened in the inner yard, not to the outside. Bathrooms were clean, they were cleaned by cleaner on daily basis. I got pack of towels-3 pieces. I stayed in this flat for 7 nights, towels were changed once per the whole period, for free. They have reception on the other Street, not far from property, if you want to pay for something by cash. I came late at night, in the entrance day I got link, by which I opened entrance door and also door to the flat. Near my room there was a black bok with keyd from my room and also from entrance door and door to the flat. Helpdesk is avaulable from 9 to 21 every day, they are answering questions fast and friendly. I asked for late check out, but it is possible to order it only till 1.30 PM, if you need to leave later, need to purchase the full night. Thanks a lot for owner and staff, all was perfect! Shared bathroom for me is not the best choice, but it was my mistake that I missed it in deception ... Location is very convenient, near old town and centrun. 10 mins on foot to reach Basilica of St Nicola. Many thanks 🙏

In one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean, In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses . I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us. I want my money back

The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night. The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari . I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!! I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble. I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! The doors to the rooms cannot be closed or locked. So anyone anytime can walk in to the room. The kitchen has only the most basic equipment; there were no small spoons, only one large spoon. Room number 4D (female only room) does not even have lockers where we can store your personal belongings!!!!! There is a maids wardrobe for clean towels and sheets in the same room. No lockers and not possible to closed the door WAS NOWHERE MENTIONED. The maids were really nice, and we had clean towels and bedding every day.

レセプションがあり、スムーズにチェックインできた。このことは評価したい。 最近はマンションを宿泊施設にしており、オーナーは別の場所にいるというケースが増えている。 コストカットが度が過ぎる宿泊施設がある。 連絡しても、外国から来て語学力も十分でない場合など、電話でトラブルになったこともあった。 また、宿泊者が玄関に到着しても、オーナー又は代理人が来るまで、不必要に長い時間待たされたこともあった。 それ以来、多少高くてもちゃんとレセプションのある宿泊施設を選ぶようにしている。 宿泊者は疲れてやって来る。 コストが度が過ぎる宿泊施設があまり増えないことを望む。
