Stayed for one night on my way to see family staff very friendly the building is dated but the room was clean and tidy had tea and coffee in the room and even though next to the motorway you where not disturbed by the traffic would definitely recommend

No sheets on the bed or quilt and was given a “breakfast box” to compensate which wouldn’t feed a child, glad I didn’t pay for it.

Very easy access to m6 or A500. For the money you couldn’t go wrong. Comfy bed and tidy room. Warm room and bathroom had what I need

Arrived at 2.40 and was promptly told by a slightly curt young lady that check in wasn’t till 3pm so had to wait in car for 20min. A more friendly approach would have been better. Went in at 3pm and was checked in by a very nice man. The room was spotless and warm. We were concerned that the M6 noise would be a problem as the building is so close to it but we didn’t hear a thing. Due to the snow, rain and gale force winds it would of been nice to have some sort of covered area before going in to the building.
