The room was clean but just ok.a/c was very weak barely blew out any air.pans provided to cook with were the crummiest cheapest things they could possibly provide.my husband asked for handicap room and on bottom floor close to entrance.we got the latter request period.staff were super nice/helpful/friendly.

Erica at the front was dealing with a very cranky client who had decided to change her reservation upon arrival and the place was booked up so it wasn't happening but was out of her control. She was very professional and very patient. She checked me in without even batting an eye like nothing had just happened and even recommended a great restaurant. The room was clean, comfortable and very well worth the cost. Erica is the BEST!!!

We chose Extended Stay for the kitchen amenities because I have celiac disease & have to cook all my own meals. When we got to our room my husband noticed that there was NOTHING in the cabinets! So he went to the front desk and asked about dishes, silverware, cups, bowls etc… things you would normally see in a stocked kitchen & they said they didn’t have anything! Not even dish soap or a stopper for the sink! They wouldn’t even give us a dish towel only a dish rag. So we had to go buy everything we needed to cook & eat with! The phone was just there no cord not hooked up. The bed was horrible. The linens were stained & disgusting looking. There was a room in close proximity to ours that smelled of pot & we could smell it in our room. Needless to say we checked out a day early because we had had enough! They were also asked not to enter our room when we were not there but did anyway As you can see from the pictures they had dishes they could have given us to use.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They keep your credit card on file after you check out. I always prepay for my travels using travel sites. My husband stayed there recently on two different occasions and the first time they required a credit card for incidental purchases which he provided. He stayed there again on a separate date and even though I had a prepaid reservation they charged our credit card as well. When we questioned this they said they charged the credit card on file used to make the reservation. We did not use that credit card to make the reservation. They also did not ask for our card the second time we stayed. The only way they could do that is to keep the card on file. BEWARE!!! Look at your statements and watch for charges. I am going to try to contact the corporate office to see what I can do to get this deleted from their files.

When I got here,they will NOT take cash for pymt.also if you need towels,YOU have to Cary your dirty towels down to where you check in and you have to take your own trash out..never again ive never did this anywhere ive gone.breakfast was plain oatmeal,dried muffins

This used to be the Candlewood hotel which I really enjoyed staying at. Now it is known as the Extended Stay and I have a particular incident which I will never forget. I reserved my room on their booking website and they refused to check me in because their "systems were down". They said cash only and had walk in price of whopping $95 plus a deposit because I was paying with cash. They recommended that I reach out to their 3rd party website for a refund and pay cash here instead. I did that and they refused the refund. Not only did I overpay for a room, I lost money due to the hotel's issue. I will never be coming back here again. Not a good place.
