The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with easy access to the train station, shopping center, cafés, and restaurants. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Basel, Switzerland.

Excellent stay at Mövenpick Basel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining the city and providing a complimentary tram and bus day pass. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient, close to the train station, and the room is very comfortable. The view is nice and the service is excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time.

First off, the location was great – near Central Station but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was quite busy, it never felt crowded; instead, it was quiet and pleasant. The rooms were spacious enough to easily open a suitcase. Overall, it was a great stay, even without a view!

Officially a 4-star hotel but better than many 5 star hotels in the quality of things like bed linens or towels so on. Location is excellent just few minutes walk from the train station as well as bus 50 for the airport. The old city is also not very far (maybe 10 min walking). The staff is friendly and professional.

The room is spacious, but I’lve had in two occasions the hotel staff member entering my room without sufficient notice. I can understand if it’s a one time error, but twice isn’t acceptable. Upon checkout, the hotel staff also insisted I didn’t prepay my room, which I did. I showed them the booking which they then later apologised.

The hotel is very new and the location is excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly, and we were especially impressed with the dinner menu at Puro on the second floor. It was great value for money, especially for Switzerland, where things can be expensive.

This hotel was a great value for our stopover from France to Zurich, Switzerland. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, with lovely views of the Basel cityscape from the window. The hotel's decor felt very refined and elegant throughout. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and very plentiful! All the staff were also very friendly and helpful.
