Wonderful location, our room had a view of the Rhine with big, deep windows. We were here in December but I think it would be wonderful any time of the year. The staff was professional and polite. Very helpful! The room was somewhat basic - the bathroom was large and modern. The parquet floors were VERY, VERY squeaky! It was very clean.

Great location by the Rhine, probably great in summer. Short tram ride or walk to old town. Service very good and dinner also very good. breakfast more typically European. Room adequate but not enough pillows and far too soft.

Nice a lot along the river. It was a little hard to get to because the street in front was blocked by a Christmas market so taxi dropped off a couple blocks away. Close to metro lines, shops and services. Room was good. Top floor Very squeaky wooden floors. Old historic building. Some staff didn’t speak English but we managed. Also they gave us metro passes for free so that was a real bonus. Picture is a view from our room!

great service. our flight was delayed by 4hrs so would be arriving very late. Messaged hotel & they quickly replied and waited for us to arrive / check-in @ 10pm. Thank you!

This hotel tries a little too hard to be cool and trendy and loses sight of providing a comfortable stay. The location is great and the staff are helpful. Sadly however a single room has a small single bed. The one pillow given is basically full of air. The sink is in the bedroom space and there’s hardly space for any belongings. No bedside table and if you are expecting to do any work then there’s no desk just a window sill. Also don’t expect any tea, coffee, shampoo or even any water in your room. Breakfast was substandard - nothing hot, just a few bits and pieces. If you need to stay (because the location is great) , make it just one night.
