Room was big and cleaned. Everything just perfect for comfort staying here. Staff are friendly as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Batam Panbil Residence Serviced Apartments' Penthouse! The apartment was spacious and luxurious, with stunning views. The Eco Edu Park was an educational delight for my family and me, allowing us to interact with animals like Sambars deers, peacocks, and parrots. Kayumerah Restaurant served exquisite cuisine in a beautiful forest setting, made even more special by the rain. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Zulkarain and Riki Desuanto for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our family feel very special. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Is ok, but the swimming pool water is quite dirty, and water heater will turn cold after 5minutes of hot water. Other than that, is ok

Well we had been staying there more than 3 times very clean and nice place and nice breakfast with mini mart around reasonable price love it

We really had enjoyable time in Panbil. We went there for our Anniversary and I wanted to give my hubby a surprise by decorating the room and it was handled very well by their staff, Dian. We communicated, she assisted me so well and managed to get that executed even though on last minute notice. The room was beautiful, they even did the toilet, and the cake too. The view was nice too..We were very very impressed. The location is also close to Panbill Mall, which is ard 1.1km and we took grab for only sgd2 where we went to watch movies and did some shopping. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a huge spread too. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable and we totally recommend this place 100%.

Overall, had a pleasant stay at Panbil Serviced Apartment, location could have been a little better. Each time we booked a grab, we have to ensure that the pick up point is at Serviced Apartment because it only registers the hotel instead. Other than that, reasonably clean and nice stay.

Had a pleasant stay at Panbil, the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the amenities provided (shared with the hotel) as well as the daily breakfast. Eska Spa is also within the hotel which is very convenient and shuttle bus services are also provided to some shopping centers including Grant Batam mall & Nagoya shopping centre which is very very convenient. Overall, had an enjoyable stay and we will return the next time we are back in Batam!

This is the first time I stay in Panbil Residence serviced apartment and I feel very comfortable with the service and the cleanliness of the apartment. Highly recommended to stay in Panbil and will be back soon to bring my family since there is an Eco Park close to the apartment and they have free shuttle service

Location great if your working place is at Panbil. No store around for you to visits. Water pressure is good. Aircond not so great
