Hotel 4 bintang Batam yang Popular

Kakitangan sangat mesra. Mereka memberi kami bilik bersambung walaupun kami hanya menempah bilik biasa. Hotel ini agak lama, dan beberapa kemudahan sudah usang. Tetapi secara keseluruhan masih bagus untuk titik harga ini. Lokasi juga bagus. Berjalan terus keluar dan anda boleh menemui banyak restoran.

So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

Travelling with 2 children my wife didn’t know what to expect driving up Nongsa resort, but what an oasis. The marina is a sight to behold, literally on your door step, the pool is a lagoon type that stretches over 25 metres and the views across the ocean was breathless. The staff were amazing especially those working in the restaurant. Our accommodation was a chalet, 2 bedroom across 2 levels. It was very clean, if a little worn, but it contained all amenities to allow you to be self sufficient. We would recommend getting some items to stock the pantry if you need to as the nearest mart is a few clicks away. Though there was a mini mart on site. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a strong selection of local favourites. We cannot recommend Nongsa Marina Resort highly enough. Value for money and definitely coming back.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

The view, the rooms, the service, all are the best! You are taken care of in this resort!! They make everything easy for you, and they are very responsive thru whatsapp. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. Kudos to the team!

Amazing Hotel. Been there 3 times , in 2018 and once in 2024 after covid. Things have been modified and the rooms are still as amazing as before. lobby and amenties spectacular. always almost fully booked. location near hawker stalls and mart 24 hours. good deal for price of 4d3n stay. Breakfast is alot vaariety and nice and cozy comfortable place as always with variety.

I stayed with my husband in 3505 for 2 nights. This resort is Perfect for all sorts of travellers, business, solo couples or families! Decent breakfast spread starting as early as 6am so you can have a hearty meal before you go about your day. There’s a games room with pool tables, darts and foosball tables - fun for friends, families and couples. A huge swimming pool for both grown ups and kids, a tranquil spa and a kids room for the little ones. The room, although some have commented that it’s slightly dated, it is very well maintained! Plenty of TV channels, room size was spacious and everything was functioning well. Not to mention it was very clean as well and bright with a lot of natural light. We were upgraded to the suite, with a nice view of the pool. There hotel grounds were always clean. We came across landscaping staff keeping their plants tidy. There wasn’t a single fallen leaf in the pool! Sunbeds were kept dry and clean for guests. All the staff of Holiday Inn Resort Batam have certainly made us smile with their friendly service, namely Dinda, Ocha, Raya and Angga (I hope I spelled their names right.) I didn’t manage to get the names of the staff at the restaurant during breakfast hours but I hope the management will also extend my praises to them after seeing this post. The chefs, the live station cooks and all the service staff greeted us whenever they see us. They promptly cleared plates and offered freshly brewed coffee (the caramel latte was good!). Also kudos to housekeeping for keeping our rooms fresh. Location was slightly outside the city area but we had no problems getting anywhere with Grab. Also - the welcome cookies were yummy! :)

Kami menempah hotel kali ini terutamanya kerana ia adalah salah satu hotel yang ditetapkan untuk pertandingan berbasikal ini. Keputusan buku sebenarnya 15/16, kerana saya dapat melihat bahawa hotel ini benar-benar tidak dinilai dengan baik. Tetapi pada akhirnya, saya menempahnya kerana tiada bilik di hotel lain yang ditetapkan, dan harga purata setiap malam adalah kira-kira 20% lebih. Mari kita bincangkan dahulu tentang pengaturan pengangkutan dari jeti ke dan dari hotel. Saya rasa perkara ini perlu ditambah. Sebaik sahaja anda turun dari bot, kakitangan hotel akan menjemput anda. Serahkan pasport anda dan terus ke bas persiaran pulang ke hotel tanpa melalui kastam. Untuk perjalanan pergi balik yang sama, jadualkan perjalanan pergi balik bersama kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Anda boleh menaiki bas persiaran ke jeti kira-kira 1 jam sebelum berlepas. Saya tidak tahu jika resort lain mempunyai susunan yang sama, tetapi harga dan susunannya melebihi jangkaan saya. Bagi bilik hotel, seperti ramai rakan lain yang pernah menginap di sini, mereka begitu-begitu sahaja. Saya menempah bilik dengan pemandangan laut, tetapi pada akhirnya ia lebih baik daripada yang mempunyai pemandangan kolam renang (jika saya mahu melihat laut dahulu), saya merasakan ada sesuatu yang tidak kena. Saya menghubungi meja depan untuk bertanya, dan mereka cepat mengatur untuk menukar bilik. Pemandangan laut bilik kedua benar-benar tiada tandingan! Tetapi akhirnya mereka terpaksa menukar bilik kerana penghawa dingin di kawasan saliran itu memang tidak berapa elok. Mujur di bilik ketiga semuanya ok. Kerana kami perlu tinggal selama 4 malam, jika kami tidak dapat bilik, saya fikir ia akan mempengaruhi mood saya. Kecuali di sebelah kiri yang mempunyai pemandangan yang indah, bilik-bilik lain hanya boleh dianggap sebagai bilik hotel 3-4 bintang biasa dan tiada kaitan dengan resort. Kolam renang utama di fasiliti itu terpaksa berhadapan dengan air dalam tempoh yang lama dan tiada cara untuk bermain di dalamnya. Kolam renang di sebelah pantai mempunyai pemandangan yang unik, tetapi kebanyakannya digunakan untuk mencuci kaki. Jika anda nak berenang kena terjun laut saja. Tiada bilik gim, tetapi terdapat kemudahan seperti gelanggang tenis luar dan gelanggang bola keranjang. Sayang betul maintenance tu kebas, tak guna. Bilik ini termasuk dua sarapan pagi. Saya rasa sarapan pada 4hb telah diterima. Jika anda pergi ke pusat bandar atau pergi ke Xingxia Mall, pihak hotel akan mengaturkan teksi terus. Saya menggunakan teksi buku aplikasi, dan tambang adalah kira-kira separuh daripada harga hotel, tetapi hanya wang tunai diterima. Pemanduan mengambil masa lebih kurang 30 minit. Dari segi makanan, saya patut mencuba beberapa restoran di Shaiqudi. Makanan dan harga di kafe mereka murah, tetapi saya rasa restoran makanan laut itu cukup bagus, kecuali makanan dihidangkan perlahan-lahan, dan saya tidak tahu sama ada kerana ia sangat dekat dengan alam, tetapi nyamuk sangat teruk. Harganya jauh lebih berpatutan daripada kafe. Hotel ini tidak begitu baik, makanannya tidak enak, dan makanannya tidak enak. Tetapi hanya terdapat satu lagi resort sebenar di sebelahnya.Persekitaran yang indah dan makanan mempunyai beberapa pilihan, walaupun semuanya mahal. Secara keseluruhan, saya rasa tidak mengapa untuk menerima barangan. Kakitangan biasanya membantu, tetapi jika perkakasan liar, ia adalah jenayah selain daripada peperangan. Adakah Zhong Zhong akan kembali tinggal di sana? Saya telah pergi ke tempat lain, atau jika saya mempunyai peluang, saya ingin mencuba Xinye, tetapi jika saya bertanya sama ada yang ini sesuai, saya akan mencubanya. Everything is fine except that there is a problem with the room door lock. We called up the receptionist and 2 of the hotel staffs came over within 5 mins to repair the door lock on the spot. Its not our first time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come again.

I don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???). Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe. The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine. It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays. There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener. The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime. Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.
