Rifai and septian is so awesome, they acknowledge every single small things i need.. they are friendly they took care of us.. we really appreciate them so much. They even buy me medicine for my tummy ache.. they really have a good leadership,hopefull every staff will follow their example. They are a role model. They deserve a promotion

Lokasi yang sangat baik dengan pasar basah hanya bersebelahan dengan hotel dan banyak spa/urut berdekatan dan berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah (sangat berhampiran pusat membeli-belah BCS dan hanya 8-10 minit berjalan kaki ke Grand Batam Mall). Medan selera A2 juga berdekatan. Memandangkan lokasinya yang berpusat, grab ke pelbagai tempat adalah pantas dan murah. Pastinya kelebihan untuk lokasinya. Sarapan pagi percuma di hotel adalah baik sekiranya sesetengah makanan sejuk, mereka segera memanaskan untuk anda jika anda memintanya; ada telur, bubur, lontong dan stesen prata juga. Untuk harga rendah yang kami bayar untuk bilik, tiada aduan. Bilik suite keluarga besar! Bagi penggemar spa/urutan mewah, sila lihat Amartha Spa & Massage yang terletak di hotel - manjakan anda dan anda akan menyukainya! Kami sangat gembira dengan penginapan kami. Pasti akan menempah hotel ini lagi.

Love the location! About 5min away from Grand Batam Mall and a convenience store just opposite the hotel for your snack runs! There’s also local food available if you’re adventurous and a wet market nearby (for breakfast food!!) It was a really great break from the city life. We also had the opportunity to see some fireworks at night. Great location and would recommend. Will be back!

The hotel is clean with no hygiene issues. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast options are limited and average in taste. The only downside is that you can't watch YouTube on the TV, hahahaha. The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, bright and inviting. It's a place where you could spend the whole day relaxing. The security staff at the entrance are friendly and helpful, even assisting with luggage. Prices are fair. Recommended.

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Kami mendapat tempahan ini pada minit terakhir kerana hotel yang kami tempah menelefon & memberitahu kami bahawa hotel mereka telah ditempah sepenuhnya. Jadi saya membuat keputusan & mengambil risiko untuk memilih hotel ini untuk percutian singkat kami. Terkejut saya, bilik itu luas & perkara terbaik ialah TV pintar. WiFi bagus & bilik lebih baik daripada yang dijangkakan. Daftar Masuk/Daftar keluar adalah pantas & cekap. Pasti akan menempah hotel ini lagi.

view was great, it’s the kind of view that you wish to wake up to every morning. private pool and the place was overall quite clean as well. buffet breakfast has a wide spread of cuisine and food (mostly local food though). the only downside is the location and the security. since the place is very far off from the city, if you were to go back late at night, the road to montigo is super dark, no street lights at all so i would recommend going back early. finding a grab to the city was always relatively hard, took quite some time. the main door of the villa is see through and not really secure so just lock your bedrooms at night :)

Berikut ialah ulasan saya untuk turi beach resort, sebagai pengembara solo pertama saya. Penduduk tempatan bagus, lokasinya juga bagus. Dengan minuman selamat datang sebaik sahaja anda mendaftar masuk hotel (yang saya tidak minum kerana saya sibuk mendaftar masuk tetapi kelihatan lazat 🤤). Ia bagus untuk berehat, untuk merehatkan kesihatan mental anda. Kakitangan memberi saya bilik yang bagus yang membuatkan saya lebih dihargai. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak okay ialah tiada losyen di dalam bilik yang membuatkan saya sedikit sedih kerana saya menjangkakan untuk memilikinya. Tetapi pengalaman keseluruhannya bagus. Saya suka tempat itu dan kakitangannya ramah. Saya juga suka matahari terbenam dan matahari terbit. Terutama di restoran bar pulau. Saya pasti akan kembali ke sana
