I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. We have a good day stay in here, they give us aromatherapy, the breakfast its good, staff is nice, room services is quick, everything is perfect. The location its only 5 minutes to reach big mall. Breakfast is 5 star for me, so many Indonesian food❤️.

We enjoyed our stay there. Clean environment, friendly staff, great spread of breakfast and delicious food. All the staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable when we ask for directions and places to go. Free transport provided at 11am n 5pm to any mall we wanna go. Free jamu during breakfast. Price at cafe also affordable. Will sure book Aston again.

Kali pertama menempah hotel ini untuk 3 bilik utama, lokasi yang baik & kakitangan yang mesra, mendapat masalah dengan 1 bilik tidak boleh membuka pintu utama, pergi untuk memaklumkan penyambut tetamu, kali ke-3 mereka meminta keselamatan untuk naik bersama saya & mendapati pintu keluar menjilat rosak & meminta penyelenggaraan untuk membetulkan masalah. Banyak kedai makan, 2 shopping mall berdekatan.
Sarapan memerlukan sedikit penambahbaikan. Lain kali akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Highlight of the hotel is its buffet breakfast which has a great selection in a comfortable setting.
The room is clean has everything needed, bed is comfortable. We stayed at 506, a smaller room that’s street facing. Size of the room is fine for an overnight stay.
The main challenge we had is noise. Music from the street went past 11pm and the next morning before 6am there is another loud speaker with dance music outside - this went on to about 7.30am. Not sure if this is a regular event though.
Location of the hotel has an interesting selection of food stalls/shops. The nearby Nagoya Hill mall isn’t very accessible on foot as roads aren’ designed for pedestrian and pavements have some missing covers for man hole (not fault of this hotel - just that it may be safer to by taxi).

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

I stayed with my husband in 3505 for 2 nights. This resort is Perfect for all sorts of travellers, business, solo couples or families! A huge swimming pool for both grown ups and kids, a tranquil spa and a kids room for the little ones. The room, although some have commented that it’s slightly dated, it is very well maintained! Plenty of TV channels, room size was spacious and everything was functioning well. Not to mention it was very clean as well and bright with a lot of natural light. We were upgraded to the suite, with a nice view of the pool. There hotel grounds were always clean. We came across landscaping staff keeping their plants tidy. There wasn’t a single fallen leaf in the pool! Sunbeds were kept dry and clean for guests. All the staff of Holiday Inn Resort Batam have certainly made us smile with their friendly service, namely Dinda, Ocha, Raya and Angga (I hope I spelled their names right.) I didn’t manage to get the names of the staff at the restaurant during breakfast hours but I hope the management will also extend my praises to them after seeing this post. The chefs, the live station cooks and all the service staff greeted us whenever they see us. They promptly cleared plates and offered freshly brewed coffee (the caramel latte was good!). Also kudos to housekeeping for keeping our rooms fresh. Location was slightly outside the city area but we had no problems getting anywhere with Grab. Also - the welcome cookies were yummy! :)

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

PPengguna Tanpa Namaview was great, it’s the kind of view that you wish to wake up to every morning. private pool and the place was overall quite clean as well. buffet breakfast has a wide spread of cuisine and food (mostly local food though). the only downside is the location and the security. since the place is very far off from the city, if you were to go back late at night, the road to montigo is super dark, no street lights at all so i would recommend going back early. finding a grab to the city was always relatively hard, took quite some time. the main door of the villa is see through and not really secure so just lock your bedrooms at night :)

MMarvinLocation was awesome walking distant to mall and eateries. However I think it’s about time they change or upgrade their furnishings as the room we had seemed to be a little old. Another thing would be to do away with the smoking in the loft lobby, I really sucks to come out with your baby and the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. Service was excellent though from the reception to the service crew in the restaurant. The breakfast had quite a decent spread with constant topping up. Overall had a pleasant experience.

PPengguna TetamuGood business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

XXuanSaya pergi ke sana dengan jangkaan yang rendah kerana ulasan di tripadvisor. Tetapi saya rasa hotel ini agak bagus secara keseluruhan. Ya, hotel ini agak lama, dan linen mungkin mempunyai kesan kecil, tetapi saya terkejut kerana katil kembar mereka sebenarnya adalah katil bersaiz queen dan katil single. Bilik mereka juga dilengkapi dengan kebanyakan perabot kayu. Satu lagi yang saya sangat suka ialah penghawa dingin, sangat kuat dan sangat sejuk. Kami membungkus diri kami dalam selimut seperti burrito. Mungkin satu perkara kecil yang perlu diberi perhatian ialah walaupun terdapat papan tanda ”dilarang merokok” di lif, masih terdapat pengembara yang merokok secara terbuka di sana. Tetapi selain itu, saya rasa hotel ini secara keseluruhannya okay. Ia juga agak selamat, kerana anda perlu mengimbas kad bilik sebelum memilih tahap yang anda mahu pergi. Terdapat juga Macdonalds berdekatan, hanya perlu menyeberang jalan.

Mmariaa AngelicaBerikut ialah ulasan saya untuk turi beach resort, sebagai pengembara solo pertama saya. Penduduk tempatan bagus, lokasinya juga bagus. Dengan minuman selamat datang sebaik sahaja anda mendaftar masuk hotel (yang saya tidak minum kerana saya sibuk mendaftar masuk tetapi kelihatan lazat 🤤). Ia bagus untuk berehat, untuk merehatkan kesihatan mental anda. Kakitangan memberi saya bilik yang bagus yang membuatkan saya lebih dihargai. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak okay ialah tiada losyen di dalam bilik yang membuatkan saya sedikit sedih kerana saya menjangkakan untuk memilikinya. Tetapi pengalaman keseluruhannya bagus. Saya suka tempat itu dan kakitangannya ramah. Saya juga suka matahari terbenam dan matahari terbit. Terutama di restoran bar pulau. Saya pasti akan kembali ke sana

PPengguna TetamuI don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

PPengguna TetamuAP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

PPengguna TetamuBooked 3X Executive rooms reached early at around 9-10am but was given only one room for our luggages and told us only able to check in at 2pm so we went to shop and return only at 7pm to check in the remaining 2 rooms and to found out that the initial corner room given to us earlier on was having eerie vibes and so we went for a change of room but was told rooms fully booked on the same floor but after overheard the conversation from other hotel guest who came to check in found out that there are 2 remaining rooms left so we ask the receptionist again and got our initial room changed but we found out another problem whereas the Room type given after change and before change are also of the wrong room type deluxe room instead of Executive rooms as there is huge size difference in the room compared to the other 2 rooms.
