Hotel berhampiran Brgy Luya Church, Batangas

My brother recommends us to come to stay at this little beautiful resort. Large rooms and very comfortable and quite private - no rooms face each other. Beautiful garden, pool and restaurant as well as comfy furniture. My sons go for scuba diving, while I enjoy a lot of my own relaxing time on reading books and watching the small boats pass by. Food is tasty, especially the pizzas, curry chicken, Seafood platter. Our family has a great time here by choosing the right resort!

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). First, I would like to commend the male receptionist who assisted our check-in on Dec. 31, 2022, including those attendants who help us in our luggage and those in charge in buffet breakfast . They are so accomodating, responsive and very resposible doing their work.Good job and keep it up. Next, our room is clean, classy with cold aircon and a taal view. CONS are; 1. No wifi 2. Weak signal to all network even using our own data 3. Occasional brownout Over all, we really enjoyed our stay and affordable plus the fact that we celebrate our new year well.

Went to The Farm for the very first time and I fall in love with them because of their Sound Healing activity with LJ Navera. Even our room has NO Hot shower, and even they did not fixed it at the end of the stay, I appreciate their place because of the sound bath of LJ. He is a true professional artist of his craft and having him there is really one of a kind experience The week after I recommend the farm to my friends who wanted to experience Sound Healing from LJ Navera but he isn't there anymore. I don't know what happened but seems like the farm removed this activity from their lists and it's really heartbreaking Without the sound Bath we just saw this farm as an overrated, overpriced place. If u want a massage get ready to pay minimum of 10K php. And BTW we still have the issue of no HOT Shower on our 2nd visit.

Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

I've been coming to Sabang for 15 years. I've stayed at this place more than 5 times during various visits, its now my most favorite place to stay in Sabang and White beach. things have changed since the pandemic, access and travel time, but well worth the effort. once you arrive, I don't even have to check in, I just show up and tell them which rooms I'd prefer, and its done. the rooms are large, 11, 12 and 14, my favs. their clean, good aircon, good wifi, great bathrooms and shower, warm water, TV works, has cable, viewing deck comfortable and glass slider access. food is the best I've had on the island, Mel, the chef, is great and very accommodating, he gave me my own personal access to the early morning bar to make my own brewed coffee, that'll never happen anywhere else folks, and he's a great cook. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, they speak good English, the place stays open until the visitors are finished with their entertainment. the pool is small, yet wonderful, access within walking distance from your get off taxi, but not very wheelchair friendly, not much of the PI is unfortunately, I plan to make this my only option to stay when visiting the island. I recommend calling ahead to check availability and have a back up plan because they fill up during high season. access to the island has changed a bit. Batangas seaport is your beginning and you can only arrive in PeurtoGaler, then can only take a tricycle and/or Tuktuk to get there, takes about 35 minutes, cost about 350 pesos and is better then white beach hands down. has walking distance to bars, clubs, nightlife, yet far enough away to be silent for sleeping, many scuba shops and options, its a scuba mecca, you can YouTube many themes here and you should, I can't recommend this place enough and if your on the fence, pull the trigger, its worth it. good luck and be nice.

This place is suitable for those Travelers with their cars ‘cause it is situated on the hillside of the island - away from the public and famous white beach. I was with my family last June 2023. The most commendable is Ate at the reception. She’s on hand with all your concerns and can attend to whatever requests or issues you may have. She’s so friendly, kind and cheerful. There are few cats around that make me happy about ‘cause I am a feline lover. The place itself is animal-friendly. Rooms are not built as high-end as Henann’s – the one you see in Bora. If you are not choosy and too meticulous about the rooms? This will suit your budget. In fact, there were foreigners who got to appreciate the natural surroundings and the stillness of the place. Always keep in mind that do not expect more for the price you pay. Always be a reasonable and fair Traveller.

Lovely to return to one of my favourite hotels in the Philippines.I love the location of Blue Crystal; away from all the hustle and bustle of Sabang and Puerto Galera. The friendly, helpful staff are still working at the resort and worked hard to make my stay a very pleasant one. I look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

We recently visited at the El Hardin de Zaida for an overnight stay with mom and my aunt and I can say it was all pleasant. The place was a gated property at the border of Laiya and San Juan. Check-in procedures were great and we had a special treat of being upgraded to the premium stay which gave us access to the exclusive pool that is adjacent to our hotel room. For the room, it was clean and spotless one but the vanity desk didn't have a mirror in front of it. The bathroom was nice. It had a drying rack, a bidet but the shower needs a bath mat to prevent guests from unnecessary accidents. Food was splendid. Late lunch, an evening at Rudy's and the breakfast. One of our highly considered decisions for choosing El Hardin de Zaida was the Spa. Prior to the trip, we called the place to ask if we needed to book a reservation for the therapy but we were told that we can avail the services on the spot. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one therapist available. We were three. Therefore, it would be impossible for us to avail 2.5 hours worth of wellness services all together. We hope that this can be carefully addressed to prevent the guests from expecting the availability of the spa. Overall, the stay and the food was great.

I'm rating Cocoons a 5 out 5 firstly because of the very attentive, well-informed, and approachable employees. The Cocoon itself is relatively small, but that's the main reason why it's called a cocoon and this is a glamping concept hotel. They replenish the toiletries, coffee, water inside the room on a daily basis. They change towels upon request which is good as I'm not a fan of hanging towels outside hotel rooms. The internet is not good, we had to use our prepaid wifi during our stay. The bed, pillows, and duvet were comfortable and of good quality. It would be better if there are at least hooks for clothes inside the rooms. Floor rug should also be in the room upon check-in, we had to request it but they gave it right away. If there's a way to address the hanging of clothes and towels outside the rooms that would be good as it takes away the beauty of the cocoons. Maybe a cloth string behind cocoons, not sure if that would work. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. There are common toilets near cocoons so finding one won't be a hassle. Pools were heated and clean. Shore is also clean and definitely ”swimmable”. Breakfast at The Sands was okay, but breakfast at Captain Barbozza was amazing! Had dinner at Captain B twice and loved the food, drinks, and ambience. 10/10! Overall it was a great glamping experience.
