Location was good. Apartment had good size rooms beds super comfortable, no noise from neighbors all weekend. Had all we needed in apartment.
The apartment does require a thorough clean though, the lounge, though comfortable was pretty stained. A great kids play ground located a short walk away. Kids loved the pool.

I was so disappointed with our stay for many reasons. Our room was really dirty. Everything about it felt icky from the filthy stinking lounge to the dirty skirting boards, the hair in the shower/bath tub and the dirty toilet walls. Then we get to sleeping in the main bed - My partner and I both sunk down to the middle and ended up with sore backs after night 1….. day 2 we took our kids for a swim in the pool only to find a dog had pooed on the edge of the pool. Staff were advised and swept up the dog poo (didn’t really clean it properly). The other kids who were playing in the pool then tried to bring their dog back into the pool area. We had to tell them to get the dog out. I definitely won’t be going back.

Room was quite nice with a good outlook across the bay, and property itself nice. Bed a little soft for me, but would be to the taste of some. Good shower and decent kitchenette area, though bit of a shortage of power-points. Nowhere to really sit in the room other than bed (or out on balcony). They weren’t kidding about the steep stairs to the room (if you get one of the small upper rooms). Could do with a little more care on cleaning and upkeep, for example external stairs were unlit at night, and a thick layer of dust on the top and back of TV unit. A bit away from the main Bateman’s Bay shopping area, nice enough location, but make sure you have transport. If you want breakfast get in early as it was finished by 9.30am, and not 24hr reception as stated in property summary, that was closed by 9pm. Would stay again assuming a good price as I got this time.
