The location was great! many restaurants and supermarkets are just nearby, within walking distance, besides the sea has good views and also has a swimming pool. The room was clean, just the shower room was a bit small, and the shower head was fixed. Household appliances are not good. don't have a microwave, bread toaster, plate, or dishes, I even could not find a bottle opener. The Wi-Fi service is not good. TV has Netflix Disney and YouTube functions but due to poor network could not be used.

Lovely comfortable room. Spacious and quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities also toiletries were provided. Our only negative point was the bedside lights were so high up the wall you have to get out of bed to switch on and off. Also the hand basin was high for regular use. We were made very welcome and enjoyed the breakfast which has to be ordered the night before and was extra. Saying that it was value for money.

Recently stayed here for one night for my husbands birthday. While the rooms are nicely appointed and have the basics. It’s not somewhere we would choose to stay again. We were in a downstairs room and constantly had children running across the ceiling in the room above us and along the path near our room, which gave us a very disturbed stay. The hotel wasn’t flexible with checking in time resulting in us having to wait in the car for two hours due to our travel arrangements. When we arrived and saw the expanse and facilities of the grounds we thought it would’ve been nice if we had the option to wait in the grounds for our room to be ready rather than to sit in the car at a park. We had breakfast included with our stay, but this was a very confusing experience as there was no one to check us off in the breakfast room or to tell us the procedures for breakfast. We had to go and find out this information ourselves after trying to talk to some other guests in the breakfast area to try and figure out what was happening. Staff were pleasant when interacting.

We have just returned from a five day trip to Batemans Bay. We stayed four nights at this amazing motel. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The soundproffing was excellent. We have just returned from a four night stay at this first class motel. Our room was very spacious and well appointed. The service and meals were both outstanding - equal to any first class restaurant. The eye fillet steak was the best we have had for a long time. All the meals were of a very igh standard and the food presentation was excellent. All the staff at this motel gave us fabulous service and nothing was a problem.
