Hotel 2 Bintang di Baton Rouge

The mgr, Joette, and asst mgr, Colin, are the BEST team ever! We were last-minute guests that required a roll-in shower and they delivered. The customer service and courtesy that we received from Joette and Colin was SO much more than what we had expected and we are very grateful to them and the rest of the staff for helping us salvage our vacation after a major setback in plans. The hotel is close to excellent restaurants (Acme, Parrain's, and Jolie Pearl) and was a short drive to the Blues Festival. Their ADA bathroom was well equipped and met my husband's needs. I would stay here again!

房間寬敞，兩張大床還算舒適。網絡速度比較慢。辦理入住和退房手續都很簡單和快速。價格便宜，性價比還可以。

When a Choicehotels won't send you a link so you can review it, you know something's wrong with management at that hotel. If a link was sent, I would have told management this, but not reviewed it. Took 35 minutes to check in. First girl that checked me in had to finish a smoke first. First room was two full beds. I reserved a king bed. And the AC was falling apart. Back downstairs and waited. Someone else came out and checked me in. Wi-Fi is spotty. Room was ok but the way they hang their towels makes you think they were used and dirty. Coffee was jammed in the top of the coffee maker. Is that really where you want it? Only decafe in my room. Phone light kept flashing so I called the front desk. No messages, but it kept flashing. I unplugged it. AC auto did not work. Hot water was not hot enough for my liking. Called front desk for a plunger at 9:50pm. Girl wanted me to get dressed and come get it. I told her to bring it to me or the toilet would overflow next flush. She brought it at 10:10pm and not happy about it. I checked out a day early and the girl that checked me out was the only good part of the stay. Very understanding and helpful. I won't be back.

My stay here is good 👍 it's just the ice maker didn't work but also is the maintenance guy supposed to have a good attitude well otherwise believe instill you test him this morning I seen him buys and he gave them money hey yes real bosss people look into this alo hey house keeping thanks ibut hey there is nothing wrong with nothing else thanks again. Very good hotel in a very convenient location, with very friendly people. The hotel is near to Baton rouge, it is very clean. + Very tidy.

A great location right off the highway. Many restaurants close by. Facility was clean rooms were fresh and smelled great. Excellent breakfast and snack bar. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking. They accept pets. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was very cold and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Big thanks to both Ashley Jericka at the front desk. They are hard workers and I can tell they enjoy their jobs. If I decide to come back to baton rouge, I would stay here again
