Staying close to the mountains, touching nature closely, the atmosphere is very cold, unbelievable that the day is hot but the night is very cold, but the room should be improved, the sound of children running hungry outside is very loud, like the room doesn't keep much sound. The first time I headed to this hotel, I was a bit surprised because to get to this hotel the road was quite uphill and not too wide. But when I arrived at this hotel, the first impression that my family and I felt was the cold temperature around this hotel location. Amarthahills is a hotel with the highest location compared to other hotels in Batu city. The view from the hotel, including the room I booked is spectacular. I can see the beauty of the mountains and the city of Batu from the balcony of my room. The calm and comfortable atmosphere surrounded by extraordinary views is the best description for me when staying at this hotel. Even in the morning I can see the clouds below this hotel area. This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor (floor with the hotel lobby), where we can enjoy breakfast there. Food is very varied and dominated by Indonesian cuisine. The taste is quite good especially for some types of food. This hotel also has a rooftop restaurant, namely Fifteen Celsius Sky Lounge, which serves drinks and some western menus. If you stay at this hotel, take the time to go up to the Fifteen Celsius, because you will be able to enjoy food and drinks while looking at a very beautiful view. Swimming pool and several meeting rooms are also available in this hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a TV with some channels, wifi is also good. There is a fridge, wardrobe, coffee, tea and mineral water. Hair dryer and toilet amenities are also available in the bathroom. Staff service is very friendly and fast response. In the room that I ordered, it turned out that the lighting was not bright enough because one of the lights went out. The staff immediately provided a table lamp which really helped light up the room. The hotel staff is really very helpful. If you want to find a place to stay in a quiet Batu city, away from the crowds, with a spectacular view, I recommend you to book this hotel.

They has rooms with different themes, so you can talk to the hotel about what type of room you want. But there's no guarantee that you can always choose. I mean they could be very crowded at peak season. This hotel is definitely a heaven to 3-8 years old kids. They has lots of kids-friendly facilities, like small indoor playground, swimming pool with a few slides, mini golf with 10+ holes, outdoor wall climbing, and Ninja Adventure. For the older ones, there are also a library in front of the indoor playground, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam, billiard, ping pong, and also a small gym. Also, they're all free.

Hotel lama tapi cukup di maintenance dengan baik. Setiap hari sarapannya berpindah pindah dan itu sangat dinamis. Tidak membosankan. Untuk liburan keluarga dengan membawa anak sangat worth it. Lokasinya dr banyak wisata juga startegis. In Syaa Allah akan kembali kesini kalau setiap liburan di Malang. Thankyou purnama hotel.

Little disappointed with the cleanliness. I expected when I arrive at the cabin immediately can enjoy the room, but then I had to wait for the staff to change the linen because there were spots on the linen, that was okay if the spotted that can't be removed but I unfortunately it can be clean if your staff wash it. And also it would be better to give feeling to all staff that guests staying at bobocabin are people who will spend time in the cabin. That's why it's really important to care about the cleanliness and comfort of guests to be considered because the price presented is also not cheap. Thanks.

I stayed for one night. It’s not far from train station, less than 20 minutes walk. The hotel allowed me to check-in earlier despite no personal request when booking. I booked the cheapest rate without breakfast because I didn’t know what they offer for breakfast during these times. One thing I remember the most is that the towel and linen smelled nice, I think it’s jasmine. Amenities were enough, including slippers. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Luggage rack and door handle were not in a good condition (screws were loose), and the safe box was locked, I couldn’t use it. Hotel played instrumental musics on speakers, but it’s quite disturbing when it’s 10pm and you could hear it from the room. Cleanliness need to be improved. I found the dirts from previous guest under the bed frame, and public restroom on lobby wasn’t clean enough. Receptionists were ok, I didn’t interact with other staffs. I don’t mind staying here again.
