The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, right on the waterfront, but it is a good walk or a taxi ride to the downtown area with many of the restaurants and tourist attractions. The facilities were good and well-maintained including the pools (inside and outside) and the gym. The rooms are clean and spacious and all have a sea view. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - like they were trying to do a western style breakfast when they might have been better doing local style and doing it well. For instance, the Georgian breads are amazing but on the buffet they had soft, limp baguettes.

Hotel is in the center. Everything was smooth and breakfast was good. The only problem is , hotel hasn’t outdoor pool. Also , check in time is around 16:00 which may be bothering if you arrive early.

JRW Welmond Hotel provided a pleasant experience during our stay. The rooms were quite spacious and beautifully designed. Additionally, the ****** on the premises added to our enjoyment. The staff members were hospitable and helpful. The reasonable pricing was also a positive aspect, showing a balanced approach considering the services provided. However, the hotel's drawback was its distance from the city center, requiring extra effort to reach. The somewhat remote location might slightly impact your travel plans. In summary, the JRW Welmond Hotel's spacious and appealing rooms, enjoyable ****** experience, and helpful staff were all contributing factors to a positive experience. If the distance from the city center isn't a concern for you, I recommend considering this hotel as an option.

They informed us that Sky Tower is a 5-star hotel. But it really didn't serve as much as two stars. Upon arrival, they informed us that the room reservation was not done for you. While Voucher was with us. However, after talking a lot, they gave us a temporary room. A room with two beds and damp walls, the paint of which was spilled in several places. The hotel reception from the management promised to give us a clean room with a sea view and a standard double the next day. It didn't even have a safe room. On the second day, they assigned us the room they promised. A room with a full view of the sea and the lake in front of the hotel. The breakfast at the Sky Tower Hotel was not bad, but it was not even as good as four stars in Iran. We also used its swimming pool and gym, which was great. It also had a great location in terms of accessibility.

I don't even know where to start. Upon arrival we went to the bathroom only to find out that there's only one towel for legs and another one (a very small one) for hands with no regular body towels in sight. Fair enough - I called the front desk and asked for the towels. 40 minutes passed by and with nobody knocking on our door, I've called again, with the front desk manager responding that the towels would be brought shortly. To save time that could be spent better elsewhere in Batumi, one of us went to the shower. Half an hour later, there were still no towels. Irritated, I've called the third time as I wanted to go to shower too and doing so with only one small (and already wet) towel isn't the best idea and was assured that the towels are on their way and would be brought in 5 minutes. I think it goes without saying that even half another half an hour after that there were no towels. After that, we went for a walk and asked the front manager in person if there's anything we can do to make sure that we'll have towels after we return to the hotel - and were assured another time that we'd definitely have them by the time we return. Needless to say, upon our return 4 hors later they haven't brought any. It took another three calls and an irritated talk with the cleaning staff (who thought it's more important to talk to somebody else and then leave for another 20 minutes) to finally get the towels. Overall, the hotel looks like a man who had his glory days quite some time ago and now asks his acquaintances for spare change so he could buy a doze of *****. The place is extremely poorly maintained with wallpaper tearing off at all places, mold everywhere, half of swimming pool gratings torn off and the toilet flush buttons broken and barely functioning. The breakfast is a different story altogether - as they seem to take pandemic restrictions seriously, all of the food is isolated behind the counter with an employee handing you food of your choice. Here's the catch - there's only one employee serving everybody, which predictably leads to queues that don't quite square with the notion of ”social distancing”. To sum it up, this is the worst value for money I ever got and would advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs.

I had 2 nights here before and after a trip to Svaneti. The hotel is right on the corner of a busy junction meaning you have to be careful getting off the bus. Once into the hotel, check in was very efficient, even with a group of 12 people. The rooms look a bit dated but the beds are big and comfortable and the bathroom does exactly what it should - working shower, plenty of hot water and toilet that works, Like other reviewers, having just 1 elevator makes moving around the hotel slow - especially if your room is on the 13th floor. Location wise, a 10 minute walk from the beach and all the other attractions in Batumi.

This is mid-size hotel in Batumi. Location is a bit outside of Batumi city center. Near the beach. Surrounding with several restaurants. There is shopping mall nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. It’s large size. The toilet is quite dark due to no lamp in shower area. No parking provide for hotel guest. Breakfast have to take at Euphoria hotel which is located 3 minutes by walk. Food is not variety. This hotel is not accept credit card.

The Best Western Premium Hotel in Batumi is located in the commercial area, close to the beach, on the main Gorgiladze street, which continues all the way to the old part of the city. It is a high-rise building, and there was a nice view from our 12th-floor sea-facing room. It is promoted as a 5-star hotel, and the rooms are of fair size, but it still lacks too many amenities that elevate a hotel to a real 5-star status. Just to cite a few examples: The safe in the room was old and dysfunctional and couldn't be used throughout our stay. We had to call the technician to open it prior to departure. The ”operating instructions” were irrelevant as they related to another model. The same for the TV, which had only one Western-speaking channel, and even this one did function after the second day. No glasses in the bathroom, etc. What irked us most were the unmade rooms, even in late afternoons when we came back from our daily excursions. Rooms should be taken care of considerably earlier. The breakfast buffet style was mediocre, in spite of the abundance. The only thing that compensated partially for all the above was the friendly and willing attitude of the reception staff. In summary, a considerable way to go.

Посетили этот отель в июле 25 числа большой компанией . Комнаты уже потрепанные ,вид с окна -рынок ,частные постройки ,вдали виднеются высотки . Уборка проходила раз в 2 дня ,пастельное с пятнами ,полотенца чистые . Самый большой минус отеля это питание !! Завтраки совсем не разнообразные ,котлеты черные как уголь,будто бы 3 дня подряд разогревали в кипящем грязном масле. Макароны слипшиеся . Была гречка ,макароны ,и 1 раз позволили сделать нам омлет )))) колбаса одного вида - самая дешевая ,соевая . Огурцы ,помидоры ,красный перец . Сыр -одного вида ,тоже не самый лучший . Хлеб только белый . Из сладкого могли позволить себе белый хлеб с вареньем ,как в ССР ))) Ни фруктов ,ни сладкого ,от слова совсем …. Аааа еще )) запах с окна оставляет желать лучшего ,так как ,рядом рынки ,шаурмичные ,короче местные забегаловки . Данный отель НЕ советуем для посещения . Из плюсов бассейн ,кондиционер но даже и тут был минус (сауна не работала ) Телевизор в номере не работал . Вообщем как-то так ) Находится в торговом центре ,после пляжа в накидке ,само то ,местные жители оценят 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Everything the location the Mountain View was perfect next to Europe square the breakfast was amazing the best breakfast in the whole world variety of foods and changing every day and everything was delicious. ❤️ also I want to say that there are very good people on the staff and special thanks to Giorgi who is in the bar and knows English very good, his English is American and I liked it very much. I was friends with him with my family He's a very good bartender, he's always at the bar and good barista. I will even come to this hotel and hopefully meet Giorgi. Thanks for everything, it was amazing holiday.

Worst experience thus far in Georgia. Staff unwilling and incapable of assisting us to locate which tower we were supposed to be in. Room not ready after check in time and absolutely FILTHY even after cleaning. We were told to occupy our two very young children in the road (a construction site) outside the premises while they cleaned. Surfaces clearly haven’t been cleaned or sanitised properly after previous guests once we returned, staff have not a care for any kind of COVID safety, no masks etc so a very real concern. Both buildings are still under heavy construction. Zero available parking despite checking that this would be available for us. Attitude of staff is probably the worst, we have your money so we don’t care

The hotel is well maintained, room was spacious, bed was ok and furniture is new. The location has supermarkets and a few good restaurants next to it, however not located in a very safe zone at night. A gang of kids tried to rob me one block away from it. Service is not rude at all, however one only member knew english and is somewhat rushed and not interested. Staff talks very loud at middle of the night and they are never on front desk. Room wasn't cleaned or it was offered to be cleaned during my 2 night stay.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt mitten in den üblichen kleinen Gassen. Im unmittelbarer Nähe findet man Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkt und kleine Läden. Zur Seilbahnstation sind es fünf, zum Strand etwas mehr als zehn Gehminuten. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf den Fotos wirkt das Haus größer als es ist. Sehr kleine Lobby. Die von uns gebuchten Zimmer und die dazugehörigen Bäder waren aber ausreichend groß, freundlich und sauber. Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee, Mineralwasser und Zimmertresor waren vorhanden, jedoch zum Teil ohne Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück, zwischen 9 und 11 Uhr, war solide aber nichts besonderes. Es bot etwas Warmes (Rührei, Würstchen), sehr leckere Pizza, Wurst, Käse, Honig und Marmelade. Dazu etwas Gemüse, Joghurt und Cerealien. Außer Bananen jedoch keinerlei Obst.

Посетили этот отель в июле 25 числа большой компанией . Комнаты уже потрепанные ,вид с окна -рынок ,частные постройки ,вдали виднеются высотки . Уборка проходила раз в 2 дня ,пастельное с пятнами ,полотенца чистые . Самый большой минус отеля это питание !! Завтраки совсем не разнообразные ,котлеты черные как уголь,будто бы 3 дня подряд разогревали в кипящем грязном масле. Макароны слипшиеся . Была гречка ,макароны ,и 1 раз позволили сделать нам омлет )))) колбаса одного вида - самая дешевая ,соевая . Огурцы ,помидоры ,красный перец . Сыр -одного вида ,тоже не самый лучший . Хлеб только белый . Из сладкого могли позволить себе белый хлеб с вареньем ,как в ССР ))) Ни фруктов ,ни сладкого ,от слова совсем …. Аааа еще )) запах с окна оставляет желать лучшего ,так как ,рядом рынки ,шаурмичные ,короче местные забегаловки . Данный отель НЕ советуем для посещения . Из плюсов бассейн ,кондиционер но даже и тут был минус (сауна не работала ) Телевизор в номере не работал . Вообщем как-то так ) Находится в торговом центре ,после пляжа в накидке ,само то ,местные жители оценят 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was friends with him with my family He's a very good bartender, he's always at the bar and good barista. I will even come to this hotel and hopefully meet Giorgi. We have spent 10 days with family . Decided to have vacation in Grand Gloria. An amazing, comfortable, pleasant, full of joy hotel. Breakfast is very taste with lots of variations . Also they have a very good restaurant taste and acceptable prices. Spa & Massage is great. Pools are very good even for kids . Staff are friendly and cute. Rooms are very clean and feeling unbelievable freshness in hotel.

Тот еще персонаж… Прибыли в отель с мамой, она впервые заграницей, и с первой минуты как мы зашли администратор- хам, испортил все впечатление о Грузии. Нам не дали номер, который мы забронировали, бронь была на семейном номере, нам сказали он еще занят, вот вам стандартный с видом на окна гостиницы, на нашу просьбу переселить нас в другой номер, потребовал денег! Не нравится-ищите другой отель. Моей маме 68 лет, и я должна таскать ее по городу с чемоданом? Он сказал-да. Если бы я приехала бы сюда одна, или с кем-то моего возраста проблем не возникло бы, ушла бы в ту же минуту. Пришлось остаться… писала им в ту же ночь в фэйсбук, они даже не смогли перевести английский. Слово гостеприимство, перевели как больница. Звонят посреди ночи, и маме говорят вы что попали в больницу?! У нее давление подскочило, начала нервничать. Слов нет! И после мы встречались с этим Эдуардом 23.08.23г. С ухмылкой смотрит, не здоровается, смотрит с высока. Я считаю что такие люди не должны работать в общественных местах. Никакой клиентоориентированности. 0. Отель не стоит 4 звезды. Из бесплатного- 1 бутылка 0,5 воды, жидкое мыло, одноразовые тапочки. Постель поменяли 1 раз. В уборку входит-замена полотенец.

Excellent family hotel, run with great kindness and care. Wonderful service, superb breakfast on the sixth floor with views over the Harbour and the Black Sea (excellent for birdwatching even when it rains). The rooms are very clean; the desk is a plus in case you want to work. Highly recommended!

It was realy great pleasure to stay in Courtyard by Marriott Batumi during 1 week in February. Courtyard by Marriott Batumi was a wonderful experience for our family. The the location is great very easy walk to Boulevard and lovely Old City, with stunning sea and fountains view. The hotel is immaculate, Brand new, room is comfortable, cosy, well equiped and nice decorated. We thank you for kindest and helpful greeting by Mariam, Eka, Tamar and all the great staff always happy to help! Housekeeping staff should be complemented! We would happily stay here again.
