Ulasan Orbi City Sea View

My experience was too bad 1) Location in system was wrong 2) Contract no. In system was wrong as well which this is not like hotel.It is condominium. And contact to agency via what app which difficult to contact. 3) No daily cleaning / Blanket to slim like veil. 4) the ring alarm in mid night. It very critical I go down from 28 floors and can’t contact anyone. the condo staff no formation and not save for me and the agency contact back in morning which that too bad responsibility.

Great property at great location in the heart of New Batumi. Unfortunately it was hard to find the check in desk. I’d love manager had written check-in instructions before my call.

The studio is located in a huge apartment complex. It’s spacious and clean, the view is amazing, also there’s a balcony. The only drawback is having to wait at the reception due to the size of the complex.

You could enjoy the spectacular sea view if you were assigned the room facing the sea. Easily accessible and you could find everything you needed nearby. Breakfast were simple but great. I have to thank you for the breakfast provider because I had to catch the flight early in the morning, and the breakfast arrived punctually, thanks. Room facilities were very new and clean.

Stuff very friendly, everything clean. Beach just 3 min walking.

Great location. However don’t expect any kind of service there, the room that we booked said it has one king room and one double bed when we got there there were only the bed and the sofa. The pillows and the sofa were disgustingly dirty, when I told the owner about it he promised me the housekeeper will clean it but in the no one came. Don’t believe in 4 stars.

Location in the center of New Batumi almost next to the beach. Close to shops and public transport stops, cafes. New building with a fast elevator. Studio with all amenities. Spacious, comfortable bathroom, shower. There is a kettle and a washing machine, microwave. Balcony with a view of the sea. Responsive hostess

We really enjoyed our stay. True, there were some difficulties with check-in upon arrival, because we did not receive check-in instructions. It is imperative to contact the property in advance and then everything will be fine. The location is very convenient, the views are stunning! The air conditioner works for heat, the room quickly warmed up, the cool weather did not bother us. The room has everything you need. Considering that these are apartments, cleaning is not provided. You also take out the trash yourself. There are many containers near the house, everything is convenient. Every morning at 9-00 breakfast was delivered to the room. Different every day. Salad of fresh vegetables with an omelet, or sausages, or buckwheat, or boiled eggs. A bag of tea and coffee. Thanks to the hosts, we liked everything.👍

When you rent a room, the application sends a number, you need to reach there and find out your room information, there is no problem except for the long wait to reach and find it.

There was a problem with the elevators. On some days, going up or down took about 10 minutes. And it was not the season. So a high floor is not only beautiful, but also takes a long time to get to.

Gorgeous view from the window!!! It's worth checking in just for this view! 45th floor from which you can see the embankment, the sea, the new and old city Nice clean room, everything is there, dishes, kettle, refrigerator Clean white towels and bed linen, comfortable bed. After checking out, we left a suitcase in the guys' room for a while Thank you🙌
