super friendly staff , and location is great, only walk 10mins can reach beach area. have limited car park for guet. around hotel have alot restaurant, including.thai food. hotel breakfast is great, bread is nice and free wine for breakfast. hotel top floor view is nice with breakfast. room is big and comfortable, super recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

Great place to stay nearby everything in the old city. Short walk to anything. Friendly staff that will help with anything, an AMAZING breakfast buffet and super comfy beds! And the rooftop view was great!!

Batumi is a beautiful city and well worth visiting, and Hotel Old Town was way above and beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and were exemplary in their hospitality. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the food was delicious, the vibe is so special. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back to Batumi

This was a truly wonderful stay that I would recommend to everyone. The hotel's location is great; you can reach the heart of the city in just a few steps. All the hotel staff, from reception to room service, were incredibly attentive and kind. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, offering a magnificent city view. Many thanks to Ms. Irina and all the staff who were very attentive and helpful to us during breakfast, making this a beautiful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is he second time I stayed at this hotel and was pleased. Pro: Location, 24 hours operated lobby, esthetic facade, big rooms, beautiful terrace, rich tasty breakfast, welcoming host (cheers Riso) Cons: In cold winter the room and bathroom central heating is not sufficient. You need to use AC heating al the time. The bathroom stays cold.

Good day to all ☀️ We stayed for three nights, 3 adults and a child, a suite for five (1 king-size bed, 1 single bed, a sofa that can be unfolded, a cot and a cradle-bed; and 5 windows 🔥, but also wardrobes, chairs, a table, a TV, a refrigerator - everything as it should be! Thank you to the hotel for the gift provided for my anniversary: ​​flowers and a bottle of champagne, it was very nice! ☺️ Breakfasts are good! There is even an individual approach (to the child), which is very important for little eaters.. I liked the hotel 🏨, the staff is wonderful!

Very good, clean and sanitary

The boss is very nice to Chinese people and very enthusiastic! Although the hotel's facilities are a bit old, the location makes up for it a lot. It's very convenient to get there. It's a busy area after all. I'm very satisfied with the price and service attitude.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025 and would like to share our impressions. First, the hospitality is incredible. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45, the owner is a very welcoming and hospitable host. We were offered to hurry up for breakfast, which ended at 11:00, although check-in is at 14:00 and we only have breakfast the next day!!   Second, they allowed us to check in early, which was very nice.   Third, the breakfast menu is very varied: coffee, juice, wine, salads, pastries, jam, sliced ​​meats, scrambled eggs, fruits. Very satisfying and tasty. Fourth, the hotel staff shows genuine concern for their guests. They ask if the room is warm, clean, and also offer various activities, play billiards on the upper terrace, which offers a view of the tower on Europe Square, the embankment, or drink coffee. Special thanks to Irina! Our chef! A very nice lady, creating a homely atmosphere.  Fifth - The hotel rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Among the amenities - Wi-Fi, drinking water, shampoos, soap (both in the shower and at the sink), hair dryer, slippers, hygienic shower, a set of towels. Heated floors. There is heating, which is important for the cold season. Also in the room there is a TV with channels in Russian.   Sixth - the hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from the Batumi embankment, the sea, Europe Square and the Argo cable car.   We will definitely return to this hotel again and will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.
