The Breakfast and that serving is not like hotel. The pool and the spa are out of order. In The room you hear noise of the air conditioner and the street, of course I'm a little sensitive. sometimes there is no staff in the reception. There is no tooth brushin the room and quality of shampoos is not good. Finally luckily the Location is perfect. near park, beach, old batumi and Ali and Nino ....

Hotel Aisi worked well for me for two weeks. My room was clean, quiet, very spacious, and comfortable. Decent wifi. Nice balcony. The decor is tasteful, though somewhat dated. Newer hotels in Batumi tend to have bizarre decor with garish colors I can't stand, and less comfortable furniture. Their restaurant has a nice view with a balcony. Big breakfast buffet, always delicious. I had some nice dinners too. I found all their staff to be very friendly and helpful. Many speak English. I'm not a perpetual beachcomber, so it didn't matter that it is a short walk to the beach. Good central location handy to most of the city. It was a good base for my work and for enjoying Batumi. I have stayed at many hotels in Batumi. Believe me, you can pay a lot more, and get a lot less than at Hotel Aisi.

A lovely central hotel with great rooms and views, service, and breakfast. We were offered room 312 (in old building) as an upgrade to the suite (new annex) which we gladly took because of the views. Note though there is a pub downstairs which has live music until wee hours of the night, and the noise from the road carries up. We didn't mind so much. The hotel is a ten minutes walk from Europe Square and right beside Piazza Square.

This is mid-size hotel in Batumi. Location is a bit outside of Batumi city center. Near the beach. Surrounding with several restaurants. There is shopping mall nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. It’s large size. The toilet is quite dark due to no lamp in shower area. No parking provide for hotel guest. Breakfast have to take at Euphoria hotel which is located 3 minutes by walk. Food is not variety. This hotel is not accept credit card.

I was with my wife and son. spent 10 days, felt like at home. Their food is very tasty. taxi comes very quickly. Hotel is always clean and plus if there are any doubt they act very quickly. They love to be friendly and kindly. If you need to feel yourself comfortable this is best place in this price range.10+ from me

Если бы я приехала бы сюда одна, или с кем-то моего возраста проблем не возникло бы, ушла бы в ту же минуту. Пришлось остаться… писала им в ту же ночь в фэйсбук, они даже не смогли перевести английский. Слово гостеприимство, перевели как больница. Звонят посреди ночи, и маме говорят вы что попали в больницу?! У нее давление подскочило, начала нервничать. Слов нет! И после мы встречались с этим Эдуардом 23.08.23г. С ухмылкой смотрит, не здоровается, смотрит с высока. Я считаю что такие люди не должны работать в общественных местах. Никакой клиентоориентированности. 0. Отель не стоит 4 звезды. Из бесплатного- 1 бутылка 0,5 воды, жидкое мыло, одноразовые тапочки. Постель поменяли 1 раз. В уборку входит-замена полотенец.
