Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

Hotel is Beautiful & location is Great. We had a standard 2 queen room which was pretty bare. Bed was fine, but just one armchair which was Very hard! We normally stay in a 2bedroom villa on property so this was a disappoin**ent. The Mercado restaurant chicken bowl was Delicious, & Toledo Restaurant is Fabulous!!!

It was a very nice and clean place.

I booked on Priceline. When I checked my reservation before arriving I noticed my son wasn’t on it. This is important because of the befits of staying on Disney property. Like early entry into the parks magic bands unlocking rooms, and the ability to purchase lighting passes early. I called the Disney number provided on the reservation and ask them to add him. They said no problem. When we arrived he was not on the reservation. Disney said they couldn’t do anything for me. If I would have known would have delt with Priceline but thought it was taken care of through Disney. If coming to Disney spend a bit extra and stay at the dolphin or swan hotels. You get the same befits but deal with a professional hospitality company.

Room was not ready when we were told, food at El Mercado not the greatest, bus service, took us over 1 hour to get back from Epcot, other locations had two - three buses come before 1 of the coronado springs came. The resort is very nice, but the food and bus not so great

this hotel is fantastic right in the heart of the Disney magic but Disney wasn’t pushed at you all the time so it was a great place to relax when you came back from the parks. I would say that this was a perfect resort for adults who enjoy Disney but do not want to live with it 24 seven the restaurants were great. The rooms were huge clean and very very modern the staff were attentive and the bars were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who likes Disney but doesn’t want it continuously if there was one downside it would be transport parks because they only offer a bus service, however, we never had to wait more than five minutes for a bus , even after the fireworks

Overall LOVED the hotel. It is quite large and we stayed in the main building which was super convenient. Pros: food was great - so so so clean - absolutely loved the pool area - the property is gorgeous. We would just walk around every evening and watch the bunnies - the park is super cute and clean Cons: found some of the cashiers in the buffet area rude. Like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. - main building is the last bus stop which does take quite a while to get too. Personally, I think the when you enter the gate it would just drop you instead of circling first. Esp since you basically pass the stop. - we have stayed at other Disney properties and I found this hotel we waited much longer for transportation from the parks. One day we waited almost 25 minutes for a bus. We will def be back!
