Ulasan Apple 1 Hotel Queensbay

Always my choice of hotel whenever I have early flight the next day. Close to airport and lots of eateries around. Staffs are always helpful and friendly.

The hotel provides many kinds of amenities just next to the front desk allowing guests to collect whatever they need. I like the idea. If want more no need request can take myself, if don’t need can be environmentally friendly 👍

It was a short 2-day trip. We booked a family room since we have three adults, there was only one room with window but already taken, so we got the large family room on the ground floor- convenient since my elder brother don’t like to use the stairs. The showers were hot, good towels -overall good for a budget hotel.

This was my second time, I like the hotel, stay here because of view things, cause for convenience only not luxurious 👌. What I can tell about this place are: 1. Clean room 2. Near to Running track Queensbay by the beach. 3. Everything is walking distance to nearest Cafe, Bar, Resto, Quensbay Mall, Local food. 4. Aerobus stop is just at Quensbay Mall 5. Water dispenser, Slippers, Iron board, AC, what ever necessity is there. 6. Toilet is clean, Towel and bedding is Good

A nice short trip to stay.. The staff friendly n helpful😁 The room is nice to stay but just the toilet shower having some trouble.. Others than that still consider good 😊

Customer service is very polite. Room is same like the photo. Room is clean and pleasant.

Overall okay. Near with queensbay mall. Toilet a bit dirty at wall and need to clean. Wifi sometimes okay, sometime slow.

Very2 dispointed. Very2 Small room not even space for pray can accommodate yet charged me rm205 pernight after discount original price rm450 with no lift available. The publist/work in rate more cheeper as per I pay rm205 online sama as room rate for family 4 persons. Pls take out this hotel from your list if not I am not going to order any hotel from you in future. Tq.

Affordable hotel stay for business trip.

Everything is good. Good place for overnight. Near to shopping mall. If u have big luggage, this place not suitable for u. No lift. U need to bring ur luggaga using a stair. But uncle at receptionist so friendly. Mattress also great..

I stayed at Apple 1 Hotel recently. The experience was okay, but there is room for improvement, especially in welcoming guests and cleanliness. The staff could be more friendly and helpful during check-in, and the room could have been cleaner. With some improvements in customer service and hygiene, the hotel could offer a much better stay.

Overall is good! Because it is a budget hotel, I don't have too many complaints.but the air conditioner in the room I stayed in was leaking, and the bed was right under the air conditioner. I reported it to the staff. The staff apologized and was very nice! I hope they will pay attention to this problem!

Nice n clean..z well recommended

There was a sudden black out when i was showering. FYI some rooms are in another building so i had to walk with my wet hair all the way back to the main building to change room. Then walked back to pack my stuffs since the new room given is in the main building. This was so frustrating as it happened in the midnight. Also found some stains on the bedsheet and mosquito in the room. The floor was also sticky. Terrible experience
