hi 我來説説我對星程酒店的入住體驗吧！初到酒店前台的工作人員非常耐心為我辦理入住 進電梯是需要刷房卡的 酒店的安全措施對於女孩子來説是感到非常安心的 房間的風格也是我喜歡的類型 乾淨 明亮 巨大的落地窗站在窗前 視野可以俯瞰整個江景 讓人覺得心曠神怡 晚上波光粼粼的湖面和早晨平靜清冷的空氣 都有不一樣的感覺 房間基本上是系統智能的 懶人完全可以解放雙手 我喜歡兩米的大床 睡起來很舒適 喜歡落地的全身鏡 喜歡衞生間的自動馬桶 跟我理想中的酒店是完全一樣的 房間隔音效果也是非常不錯的 有條件一定要試試酒店的早餐 豐富又美味 我和妹妹都吃的很開心 酒店位置對於我來説也是剛剛好 因為我本身是喜歡安靜的地方 所以一整個晚上都感到非常安靜 周邊就是王府井購物中心和萬達廣場 徒步幾百米就到啦～我的家鄉就在巴中的一個小鎮 迫於在外地上學工作的我 很少駐足巴中仔細感受這座城市 但是今年巴中東站高鐵也開通啦 以後我相信會有更多的時間留下來好好體驗巴中文化和美食 總之這次入住體驗非常的開心！很少寫好評 星程酒店卻是我心甘情願為它宣傳的酒店 如果你此刻在巴中想住一個舒適的酒店 那星程酒店一定是你的最佳選擇 最後祝此酒店生意興隆！祝我的家鄉發展越來越好～

酒店位置好，在城中，周邊很多吃的，商鋪也多，但酒店應該比較久了，設施比較老，房間裏好多地方都破了，但還是比較乾淨。住的一樓，房間不太隔音，大廳有人説話聽的清清楚楚。

位置還算優越，交通便利，不算繁華，但安靜，出行方便。距離火車站坐車不過10多分鐘，交通便利。門口也有停車位非常方便，門口也有監控非常放心，大廳簡潔，大氣， 佈局合理，有輕音樂，很好聽。前台有薑茶和紅茶不錯，前台小姐姐落落大方，服務熱情，主動，效率高，周到，專業很不錯，素質高；房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，衞生很乾凈，床墊舒服， 房間整潔，乾淨衞生，客房阿姨親切，服務好，動作麻利，周到。早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高，跟一些其它酒店很不一樣。非常好，強力推薦！

和家裡人一起旅行，一開始是隨便找了巴中一家叫什麼【利士頓酒店】，大家記住這家酒店，真的是我有史以來遇到的環境最臟、服務態度最差的酒店！當時就果斷和家裡人退房，入住了巴中的這家【錦江之星】；
首先，這家酒店停車非常方便，就在酒店樓下地下車庫；
第二，酒店非常非常乾淨，從房間裏空氣到床單被罩，本人輕微潔癖都挑不出毛病來；
第三，酒店前台服務態度非常好，很熱情也很親切，這讓我從那家拉圾【利士頓酒店】出來後氣消了不少；
第四，房間裏的空間非常大！真的非常大！應該是住同價位酒店裡空間環境最好的了；
第五，酒店早餐也很豐富，味道也還可以
第六，酒店地理位置也不錯，樓下就有很多餐廳，附近還有個河邊公園可以逛逛（如圖）
很遺憾，酒店房間沒有拍照
唯一缺點可能就是酒店停車場的進出道有點窄，有點考驗開車技術😂其他都非常滿意

酒店有自己的停車位置，客房跟餐廳共用電梯，低樓層比較嘈雜。跟前台説我要安靜的房間，一開始給我安排了電梯間旁邊，我申請了換房。還不錯，但是客房有一瓶已經開了的半瓶礦泉水，一進房間就在電視櫃上，半夜10點半開始強烈的樓板震顫的聲音，明顯是跑動聲，忍到1點多實在受不了了，希望工作人員幹預一下，工作人員第一時間是到我的單間聽一下，然後跟我説是樓下的健身房？！半夜一點健身房？還説是公共設施沒有辦法！我強調希望確認是否是樓上或者隔壁小朋友，前台確定的説沒有！我衹能換房，進去之後才發現是連通房，並沒有提前問是否介意，就安排到了連通房，我們大冬天穿着睡衣，半夜一點。。沒辦法，跟工作人員確認對門沒人，衹好將就。我就對着通向別的房間的門睡了一夜。挺糟糕的。如果是新開的原因，請加強培訓。

交通便利，從巴中主城區過來，32路公交車可到酒店門口，去恩陽古鎮，步行七八分鐘再過座橋就到了，去機場打車20元左右。
前台小姐姐笑容可掬，有求必應，見下雨，不方便外出早餐，送一份早餐，知道我航班比較晚，又幫我延遲了退房時間。
房間設施也不錯，洗臉枱寬大，熱水充足。

PPengguna TetamuFirst impression, during checkin, the front desk informed us that the room we ordered was under construction. The employee wanted to offer us a different room. As the clerk was processing our registration, I checked on C-trip the new room that was being offered to us. I realized the room was a lower tiered room. I immediately informed the clerk that it is not ok that I paid for a 600rmb room but is now getting a 400rmb room. The clerk went to get the manager and the manager fixed the issue right way by giving us an upgrade. The house keeping service and customer service the rest of our stay was fantastic.
The decorations and structure of the entire hotel was absolutly stunning. Thoughtful touches and high quality materials can be seen in all the little details.
The hotel would've received a 5 star. However, the hotel restaurant experience was a complete nightmare. The boss at the restaurant was rude and had no customer service at all. The first morning, he said the only thing available for breakfast was noodle. I explained to him that I cannot have noodles because of my allergy. Could he please make a simple rice dish, he said no. I had to plead with him to make some food for us. He reluctantly went into the kitchen and what he made can only be described as slob for pigs. Post that incident, I refuse to visit the restaurant the rest of our stay there.

本来是可以收到一个 5 星。 可惜民宿的餐厅体验完全是一场噩梦。 餐厅的老板很粗鲁，根本没有客户服务。 第一天早上，他说早餐只有面条。 我向他解释说我因为过敏不能吃面条。 他能不能做一道简单的米饭，他说不行。 有点不想帮我们做任何早餐. 我不得不求他为我们做一些食物。 他恋恋不舍地进了厨房，做出来的东西只能用猪粪来形容。 在那次事件之后，我拒绝其余时间去餐厅。所以说基本上没有餐食，就算是说有提供早餐，这个早餐不是正确的.

YYishichaoran酒店是散狀佈局的羣式高星級酒店。我住接待大樓後的A區6號樓。環境幽美，高端大氣，綠地和樹林包圍，設施齊全。客房面積大，衞浴標準高，星級酒店管理一流，保潔一塵不染，服務超好，這種殿堂式硬件酒店應該是巴中最頂級的酒店之一。非常好的入住體驗。個性化服務突出，是旅遊休息的絕佳酒店。早餐菜品豐盛，精緻美味，菜品種類分呂擺放，與酒店品質相付。總之服務貼心，熱情好客！超讚！難忘今宵，下次一定還來！

JJingbo晚上十點半入住，工作人員在電話中友善提示如何坐車進入酒店（酒店在景區，依山傍水）。早起出門散步，被眼前美景折服，白鷺沿着湖面低飛，麻雀立在枝頭歌唱，空氣中滿是草木之香。早飯十分精緻，入住體驗很贊！謝謝工作人員的辛勤付出，新年快樂！！

PPengguna Tetamu房間比較新也算乾淨，過年期間漲價到快五百，在一個三四線城市的非中心區域不算便宜。酒店大堂是擺酒席的，有承接婚宴不是純住宿的酒店。晚上十一點多到，有醉漢在旁邊喧嘩，帶着孩子感覺環境複雜。早上九點早餐結束，八點四十到餐廳，除了小麪其他什麼也沒有了，讓服務員加點食物，被告知衹有面，想喝點牛奶豆漿都沒有了。退房的時候前台也是在看手機，沒有第一時間工作。

早上被臨湖陽台的黑天鵝叫醒，嘎嘎嘎也不怕人。
離光霧山桃源景區開車20分鐘左右，門口還有賣鮮菌子的。
被酒店早餐驚呆！歎自己少見多怪，早餐竟然有起泡酒！五星酒店才有的現煎牛排，烤腸也不是一般的雞肉腸澱粉腸，蒸紅薯是一整個紅薯不是切塊的…啊不計成本啊…贊！

ZZhuanyejiaobanzhanchengbao説句實話哈，酒店的設施真的很老舊了，房間裏面很大的發黴味道，一個晚上基本沒有睡好覺。還有就是宣傳和真實不一樣，攜程上説的是行政房在18到20樓，實際開房的時候卻在9樓，就這個問題我問了一下前台，前台工作人員那個態度真的很差，早餐也比較簡單，希望酒店能改進一下。
