Hotel berhampiran Performing Arts Legends Museum, Beaver County

Chose this location due to an early flight & proximity to airport. I am fairly easy going and can overlook minor problems. However, multiple problems are another matter. 1) front desk could not give us a room key nor did our virtual key work. Attendant let us in with master key & we checked out early morning. We made it work 2) lack of proper shades/window treatments- our room’s window overlooked a parking lot with a bright light shining in. There was a flimsy dark colored curtain that failed to meet in the middle. We found a blanket in the closet and used it to darken the room. We made it work. 3) the pillows were a joke. 4 tiny pillows (maybe 18”x 18”) for a king sized bed. Could only lay in one position without repositioning the pillow. Could not make it work. 4) the bathroom amenities were not equal to our experience at the Hampton we’d stayed at on the previous 2 nights. A less than powerful hair dryer, no mouthwash. My hair did not work! One stays in a hotel for: security, comfortable sleeping arrangements and a nice shower room experience. This one totally failed. Will not stay there again.

凌晨過去但是是當晚的房間，前台姐姐人太好太好了，指了一個小房間，早飯隨便吃，説最晚最晚十點就可以進房休息了（非常肯定）。 結果七八點實在撐不住，花了25美元提前進房，前台換了一個人，態度很差，説最早下午兩點，特別拽特別無禮。 房間的門打開費勁，房間還不錯，基本設施都有，就是無空調！衹有一個熱風機，直直地對着床吹，讓人感受沙漠般的乾枯。（我是北方人，20度的地暖都沒這麼烤人的） 管理一般，休息了一下準備出發，門被工作人員打開了？小費一分都沒得。 逛完匹茲堡回來（很差，最好別去），問前台怎麼預約班車坐飛機，他説三十分鐘一班，早點兒下來就好。結果！第二天興沖沖地下樓，前台很震驚，問為什麼沒有登記，又把已經出發的車叫回來了，是一個黑人姐姐，特別特別好。 個人經歷僅供參考，環境還算乾淨，較為隔音，就是服務時好時壞，多搜尋，有method更economic和refundable。 祝大家旅途愉快。

This hotel is clean and spacious. It is the only hotel dorectly connected to the terminal of Pittsburgh International Airport, which makes it the most convenient option for travelers.

We travel a lot and we don’t like super expensive hotels we like it middle of the road, hence staying here, assuming it was like a Holiday Inn express or Hampton. We were stunned at how great this hotel was. Kim at the desk couldn’t have been nicer. The room shockingly was huge. It basically had a full kitchen, medium size, living room, and a good size bedroom. Everything was clean and I mean everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The sofa was comfortable. It was quiet, we didn’t go to the pool or anything like that but we were shocked that they said they’re doing renovations and I can’t imagine why because everything we saw was wonderful.

Overall was a very comfortable stay! I was in town with friends for the weekend for a mutual friend’s wedding and the Hyatt was very conveniently located near both the airport and wedding venue. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel breakfast was decent and the hotel staff were friendly, but seemed short-staffed at times. Would stay again for comfort and convenience.

I always start a review with the positives. I also don't like to be part of the problem but part of the solution and try to always offer helpful suggestions if I make a valid complaint. That said... The room at the Holiday Inn PIT Airport was PRETTY clean. I saw dark, long hairs on the bathroom floor (my hair is short and blonde,) and in the tub which led me to think the bathroom wasn't clean. However, the toilet and sink were seemingly wiped down and plenty of towels were accessible. The beds are comfy, the rooms are large, and we appreciate the outdoor pool in the warmer months. My husband and I stay here quite often, as many as 4 times a year or more, often with a multi-night stay, and we enjoy using the pool. The location for us is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport in general meets our needs. The breakfast is very good. Lots of a variety of hot foods and coffee. The waitstaff is always helpful in bringing out supplies, refilling coffee, hot food, a ”to go” bag if needed, etc. That all said, there is this very heavy set MEAN blonde lady with glasses that makes us cower and cringe each time we enter the hotel. We DON'T want to ask her for anything as she ALWAYS makes us feel like we are BOTHERING her. She seems to work the day shift, from early morning til 3 p.m. or so, as we have noticed and we try to make my requests and ask questions AFTER she is gone for the day. How ridiculous is this?!! Case in point: During one particular stay, I asked for more bars of soap for our room. I prefer bar soap. I shouldn't have to feel ”sheepish” about asking. They are mini and not full-sized bars of soap. We usually stay an average of 3 nights when we come to town and the hubs and i prefer bar soap to the bodywash and need more than one teensy bar for the two of us between the shower and sink for 3 days of usage. Get this one....She told us to use the bodywash in the containers on the shower wall and asked us if we had checked to see if the container of body wash was full!!!?? She seems to like to provoke an ARGUMENT! Then she preceded to tell us how she was instructed to hand out the minimum as in the case of the soap. I was thinking: ” Lady, please just open the drawer behind you and give us the dang soap!!” It's NOT a difficult request. I'm thinking: What happened to the old adage, ”The customer is always right?” The staff certainly should not ARGUE with the customer. A hotel front desk clerk works in the hospitality business and should provide the customer with ”hassle free” service. NOT! We don't ask for much. We don't ask for the room to be serviced with fresh towels, etc. during our usual 2 to 3 night stay. Was asking for mini bars of soap too difficult of a request? Today in our hotel room, I went to wash my hands after leftovers from an early lunch (around 11:00 a.m.,) to find that there was NO WATER. It had obviously been shut off. Why? We called the front desk to find out what happene
