Overall clean hotel with very convienent location. Breakfast choices were a bit limted to prepackaged items. Also, the room was not too great. Matrices need replacement, just awful. Shower head height was made for a 4 foot child or handicapped person, it could not be adjusted up for an adult. Water pressure terrible. This is a popular hotel location so be prepared for parking challenges.

We live in a small house. We use the recently remodeled/re-opened Clarion Pointe in Beckley, WV to put up friends and family while they visit. Newly refurbished the rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable. Desk staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has been downgraded due to COVID concerns. WIFI was good, has a business center, exercise room, ample parking and easy on/off to I77 and access to the New River Gorge National Park and the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine. All at a great price!
