Hotel berhampiran SiSo the "ROCK", Beech Mountain

Older facility but very comfortable and pleasant. The room was very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay again. The check in staff was very friendly and cordial. The lobby was clean and inviting as well as the outside of building and parking lot.

It was beyond amazing. Services was great, the breakfast was nice as well. Also the beds are sooo comfortable. Definitely a 10/10 for sure !!

Poor billing practices and extremely poor follow through on concerns. At check in, I was not informed of a significant increase (double) in my rates from when I reserved the stay. Immediately I went to talk to the front desk supervisor who was not sympathetic or helpful and kept saying that my change in group rate was supposed to have communicated to me and that it was approved by a manager in my company. It had not been approved and my manager had let me know that, after repeated communication, it had been resolved and they were going to honor originally quoted rates. 10+ attempts to resolve have been made, including leaving messages with GM, billing manager, supervisor on site, calling main Marriott number, opening up two cases (because one was closed without any contact). They continue to say that this rate was approved by my manager. I can't believe that it would be okay to quote someone one price and charge them double without informing them ahead of time. This happened to several other people in my group, some have had their rates reduced (but not back to original rates) and some are still waiting.... I also requested room service via the app (less frequent then what I was told at check in) and it was not performed that day--had to request again for the next day. Only requested once for week stay. The lobby does offer nice seating options and the outdoor seating area out back is spacious. The food is very expensive for the area-as there are many, many alternate options close by with more reasonable rates. The rooms were a good size, as was the bathroom. It would be nice to have more hooks to hang towels. Sadly I will never stay in another Marriott property in the Boone area due to the poor customer service and the GM manages multiple hotels.

Saya mempunyai tempahan untuk 25-26 Disember. Apabila tiba, kami menyedari bahawa kami mahu tinggal untuk satu hari lagi. Saya bertanya kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu jika mereka mempunyai sebarang bilik yang tersedia untuk malam 26-27. Kami diberitahu tidak, tetapi mereka akan memberitahu kami jika ada yang terbuka. Saya pergi ke dalam talian dan menempah bilik untuk malam 26-27hb lima minit selepas kami diberitahu kami tidak boleh. Keesokan harinya (26hb) saya bertanya kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu jika ada cara untuk saya mengekalkan bilik yang sama seperti yang saya masuk. Saya diberitahu tidak. Saya bertanya sama ada ada cara untuk saya mendaftar keluar dan segera mendaftar masuk ke bilik baharu, kerana saya tidak mahu perlu membawa semua barang saya turun ke kereta melalui salji dan menyimpannya di sana sehingga daftar masuk. Saya memberitahu tidak. Saya tidak kecoh kerana saya faham ia mungkin menyukarkan pembantu rumah dan saya tidak mahu menyusahkan mereka. Saya mendaftar masuk pada 26hb dan kami telah diberikan BILIK YANG SAMA dengan kami pada malam sebelumnya. Kami boleh tinggal di bilik yang sama dan kami tidak perlu membawa semua barang kami ke tempat letak kereta hanya untuk membawanya kembali. Saya menyatakan kebimbangan saya kepada gadis di meja depan dan dia sangat keliru mengapa saya dibohongi tiga kali pada ketika ini. Dia sangat baik dan tidak ada kena mengena dengan keadaan itu. Ini adalah kali pertama saya melihatnya. Gadis yang mendaftar masuk saya pada 25hb berada di sana dan menjelaskan bahawa semuanya adalah ”salah faham”. Dia memberitahu saya bahawa tidak ada bilik apabila jelas ada adalah ”salah faham”? Diberitahu saya tidak boleh menyimpan bilik saya dan kemudian diberi bilik yang sama adalah ”salah faham”? Diminta daftar keluar dan daftar masuk semula ke bilik yang sama adalah ”salah faham”? Kedengarannya lebih seperti etika kerja yang lemah dan kurang penjagaan daripada kakitangan.
