Hotel Beherapat dengan Gim

Not the perfect experience at the hotel. From the start arrogance was dripping in abundance. When I called to book the gentleman at the other end spoke with an attitude which sounded like “book if you want to, we really dont care” but then I booked a room via yatra and check in While checking in I asked for an upgrade which the gentleman said that he has rooms but comes at an extra charge, then I showed him the voucher which specifically said that if room is available I would get upgraded. Then the Mr. Samrat who happens to be the manager and the senior most authority at the hotel (as he refuse to call his senior) told me that no room is available. Suddenly from pay to upgrade to no upgrade in seconds. Then the gentleman asked me for my company details after giving him the details he tells me i cant bill you on it as you havent mentioned it in voucher. All hotels around the world can be accommodating apart from MR. SAMRAT. Strongly feel that there is a notion of superiority that these people have on top of there nose, which they can get over with. On another note saw a hotel named ARYAN. I feel that would be much more justifiable given at the price point one books Orchard.
