Ulasan Xilaifeng Seaview Hotel

The location on the beach is very good. It’s a short walk to many local Chinese seafood restaurants. However, the hotel site itself was in poor shape. The bedsheet had holes as did the comforter cover and the towels. See picture. The window handle was rusted into position. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very good.

I don't recommend this hotel. The pictures, even though not great, are much better than the reality

The hotel's advantages are its excellent location, right on the beach. The front desk service is good, always ready to answer questions, and the restaurant chef is easy to talk to; the seafood processing service is quite good. However, the hotel facilities are rather old, the cleanliness is average, and the balcony is shared, which doesn't justify the price.

The hotel's location is excellent, impeccable. It's right by the sea, and you can hear the waves even with the windows open, making it incredibly convenient for swimming. The Qiaogang Night Market is within walking distance, and there are plenty of other food options. However, being by the sea, the hotel is very humid; the floors were still wet even after mopping. The hotel facilities are also quite old. If you have high standards for cleanliness, you simply won't be able to accept this.

1. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat; there was a power outage. Power was restored after about ten minutes. 2. I only realized I needed to bring my own toilet paper and tissues when I went to the bathroom. I don't know if the hotel didn't provide them or forgot to. 3. I found two or three clumps of dried glue on the sheets; the staff said it was glue residue. 4. The only good thing about the hotel is its super convenient access to the beach; the beach is right outside the back door. The downside is that the boardwalk leading to the beach is a bit old and in disrepair.

酒店就在海岸上，下樓就是沙灘，就位置來説很滿意，酒店的早餐種類也很豐富，對家裡有長者來説非常方便。缺點是房間設備老舊，衞生間沒有置物架，排氣扇效果幾乎沒有，不敢想象在這裏上大號的話，下一個人要等多久才敢進衞生間。

來住過好幾次了，酒店位置無敵，一下樓就是海灘，而且相對來説人不算特別多，特別是海景露台房，晚上坐在露台上吹着海風吃點宵夜很舒服。但是酒店設施太老舊了，那麼多年都沒有改變，每次定之前都很糾結，要選擇位置便利無敵海景，就要犧牲住宿的舒適度，希望能重新裝修一下，不要浪費了這位置優勢。

陽台確實有陽台 但是被誤導了 陽台和房間是分離的 ，這麼看不如直接海景房划算 ！陽台房太雞肋了 沒意義 房距離海邊進玩水方便 其餘就沒啥了能住

老酒店了，房間還是有些味道的，後面有拍照的沙灘和景，離海邊近。客房內部分有露台，酒店內的一些拍照場地可以拍照，但是有些也壞了，湊合能拍幾張，酒店離海灘很近，有個門刷卡走出去就是海灘，很方便。對比銀灘來説還是僑港海邊人少一些

這家酒店優點是出門就是海，超好的地理位置，缺點是酒店設施太老舊了，衞生非常差，衞生間和洗澡間門關不起來，但價格不貴 床上有沙子 不隔音 沒有服務

樓下就是大海，風景很好，酒店有一定年份，這個價格，這個位置算差不多了。。酒店對面就有宵夜檔，岀行很方便，停車場也有很多。。送了早餐，早餐品種不多，味道中規中矩。到風情街也不遠，步行15分鐘。

也就位置是唯一賣點了，早餐也算是有史以來最難選擇和最難吃的了吧。 附個沙灘實景
